The laptop was more than I expected. What can I say, its a Dell, so you know that you're going to get the best quality, performance and capabilities out of a Dell computer. I would purchase this agzin.

I really like this computer for the speed and the way it handles the opening internet pages. I am disappointed because I wanted a stylus for it but the one I was sold was not compatible. After researching further I found out that no stylus is compatible. Bummer

You will love buying from BB LC. They want you happy. I am glad I didn't buy it on line. I did end up taking it back in the 14 day return day. It is nice and fast but it had a few glitches for a Senior. Watch for their sells they have them all the time. I returned it they were very nice. I ended up buying the Samsung galaxy. I am very happy with it and best buy as well.

Computer came with a lot of junkware. When I first setup the computer, I opened task manger and looked at the ram. It was running at 7.3 gb of ram used out of 8gb total. I did a clean windows 11 install using an install disk created by microsoft’s offical windows 11 install disk creation media. After the install and setup, I opened task manager and the ram was running at 4.1 gb out of 8gb. A week later, I was using the computer and realized that the camera didn’t work. I went and ensured that everything was on from the privacy settings to ensuring that it was enabled in bios. Still no camera. Then I realized that the camera driver wasn’t showing up in the device manager. After searching for hours, I realized that dell doesn’t provide camera drivers. Thus, I chatted with dell support and sat with them for hours as they remoted into the computer but they couldn’t get it to work. Thus, they told me to bring it to UBreakIFix as they were dell certified and could process repairs under the dell warranty (keep in mind the computer is only a few weeks old). They replaced the lid and camera but that didn’t fix the issue. Thus, they reistalled a windows 11 copy that was real janky and didn’t include things like wifi. That camera did work after that install. Obviously, didn’t like the janky windows 11 that was missing the wifi and all the apps so I reset the computer and guess what… the camera was broken again. Thus, I would suggest staying away from dell untill they can walk away from their proprietary junk that only works when it has crazy bloatware. (Keep in mind from earlier that it was wasting 3gb of ram just on the bloatware). I have never run into more problems in the few years of working in geeksquad than I have with this computer and dell in general.
