It had a little bit of trouble at the first start up(looked like the previous hard reset hadn't finished before being shipped off to me), but set up was easy otherwise.

I am still getting used to it, but overall it is user-friendly. The touchscreen doesn't always work, I often have to restart the computer to use the touchscreen option.
