Hasn’t given me any issue and is very reliable. I would recommend finding one with 16gb of ram or upgrading yourself though. But overall, great purchase for the price.

Not a great purchase

Battery dies fast. It has locked itself down last week and requires, i dont really know, to open it. Bit-recovery? It takes longer to load something (when its not locked down) than other computers, in my experience. Ot won't allow downloads. Basically useless. I cannot return to store. Their return policy is crap too. 14 days Overall, i wish id chosen another computer and a different store.

Overall good laptop

Would have liked a cd drive as well (had to purchase separately). Don't like the new Windows that is installed as I have to once again figure out where everything is at.
