I asked what she wanted for classroom work and she wanted another Dell. Best Buy and Dell I couldn't go wrong.

Hence I took it back to base. They did some investigation connected to the land cable and the Wi-Fi issue was resolved and removed the electonic tag too. letter in few days I found out that the camera on this laptop does not work. It does not start at all. Hence I went back to Best Buy to return the laptop, but unfortunately it was more than 14 days and best buy could not take the return. Best buy shoud not be selling the faulty laptops to customer, and now they are not taking a return. I am very frustrated with Best Buy and their service. Best Buy plese help me on this return.

From offering me the item in their website, to cancelling the order due to "out of stock" anf then telling me that the item is ready for pick up.

The pirpose to be a work computer. I have multiple applications running at the samw time.
