I purchased this computer as a gift for my sister, who is completing her Master's. She is very pleased with the appearance, functionality, and processing speed. The camera's clarity is amazing, which was important for the work she will be doing.

I recently got a new laptop and so far, I’m really happy with it. The setup was quick and easy, which I appreciated because I’m not super tech-savvy. Everything loaded fast, and I was able to get started right away without any issues. The speed is one of my favorite things about it. It runs smoothly when I have multiple tabs open, which is perfect for schoolwork and assignments. Since I’m in school, I needed something reliable for writing papers, doing research, and attending online classes, and this laptop definitely meets those needs.

We had to get a new laptop for my daughter when she changed schools and this one works perfectly. They were able to load the programs they needed with no problem. She absolutely loves it. She uses it for schoolwork, playing games and talking to her friends.

Computer is easy to navigate, lightweight, speed is fast enough for school work, screen brightness is good, love the keyboard illumination feature for night time use along with fingerprint scanner.

Does exactly what I wanted! Transfers digitalis straight to sewing and embroidery machine. No additional software needed

Overall very good laptop elegant design. Configuration is perfect for our requirement for high schooler. It has all the required features and speed is very fast.

Purchasing a new laptop computer to replace my 15 year old model made me very anxious. The Best Buy rep was very helpful. The Geek Squad transferred all my old files and were exceptionally informative on my new technology. It was all so easy for an older user who isn't tech-savvy.

Really happy with this laptop. The parts packed into it for it's price point is pretty impressive. It's only being used for browsing and watching netflix but it feels like it work great for entry level gaming.

Excellent speed , gives premium feeling while using. Convertible mode is bit new for me but i will learn. Great for student and some daily routine work.

Overall, very pleased with the purchase the only negative is trying to pay the bill. My options were to put in my bank access information, which I am not comfortable with when I go into Best Buy. They will take my card and make the payment I should be able to do the same.

I was impressed with the one I used for my job and needed to upgrade to Windows 11. And got it a a great price.
