fairly nice and sleek laptop for the price; very fast and like the fact it is touch screen and lightweight

This laptop is excellent for business and use that is not gaming. For business it is top notch. You can present to clients while a tablet. It is a nice small form dactor, yet powerful enough to handle all the apps.

Battery time is excellent! Stays on all day and overnight. Also, I have had no issue with my programs and files. Perfect for home use and some work from home projects!

Perfect for a young college student. The Intel Core 5 with 16GB memory and 512GB SSD is the perfect size for speed and overall performance. The battery life has been ok. The screen display is nice and crisp. With both USB C and A ports it meets the demand right now. Like I said, perfect for the college student.

Wonderful and powerful laptop that does everything I need with great speed. The color is very calming and it's easy to transport-light but solidly built. The ease of changing it to a portable touchscreen is an added bonus. I can carry this everywhere with ease. Im a data analyst but this was for my daughter. Sk i know computers pretty well. I went to best buy bc the fist laptop i got was the chrapest and its peeformance (or lack theteof) showed. The salesman recommended this one which is for my MS daughter. Screen is really nice. Very clear. Performance is excellent. It is definitely more power than she needs but it will last a long time. So i do recommend this laptop. And it really works well.

I recently purchased this Dell Inspiron laptop and had the Geek squad transfer all of my data from my old laptop . Love the touch screen feature which I didn’t have on my old laptop and it’s so much faster than the old laptop. So fat very happy with it.

This is an excellent laptop - especially for the price! It has the right combination of i5 CPU and 16 GB of RAM to do everything I need it to do and do it quickly! By connecting it to an external monitor, it is as functional as a comparable desktop, but has the flexibility of mobility.

It is a good machine -- on par with the other Dell laptops that I've had. Picked this one up as an open box unit. It seems to be as fast as my last Dell that had an Core 7 processor with 8 GB memory. Love the Ice Blue color. I didn't need the 2-in-1 nor the touchscreen, but I'm sure it will come in handy some day. I've been using both Inspiron and Latitude laptops and they seem all the same to me. Having a built-in SD card reader is nice. The 3.5mm jack doesn't seem to work with my external speaker so I'm using a bluetooth speaker instead. Although not excessively heavy, I was hoping to get a lighter machine that is under 3 lbs. I guess I should complain...it's a lot lighter than a Compaq "portable" PC that weighed 40 lbs.

Really great for editing photos. I like the speed and many features it provides. It is a little small but the OS makes up for it.

Love the size and sleekness. I have enjoyed the ability to switch to a tablet. I plan to use this for online college courses, and hopeful it will provide the basic needs.

I purchased this Dell - Inspiron 14 2-in-1 14" Touch Screen Laptop - Intel Core 5 with 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Ice for my electrician program at Saint Paul College. I chose this laptop because it was inexpensive while giving me all I need as a on hands/physical learner. This was perfect for me as a choice for me. I love to save money while protecting the Earth from more pollution and waste by having a digital way of drawing electrical circuits. On top of this, the people who helped with this purchase made the process come to an end in a timely manner with exceptional customer service. Outstanding help from the Roseville BestBuy workers.

Recently purchased a Dell Inspirion 14 to replace a 10-year-old laptop. So far this Dell has been great. The backlit keyboard is nice. I like the size of it and the touch screen capability.

Great laptop, so far its been working perfect no issues. Good processor speed.
