Works beautifully. The only negative i have is the low life on the battery. Seems to last about 4 hours.

So far, in the month I’ve had it, it has worked great for basic web surfing, watching videos, and working on Word files. Very snappy booting up. I also really like the ability to fold the keyboard back and use it like a tablet. That has been great when wanting to stream content in bed or on the couch. Very versatile. Note, I have not used it for anything intensive like video editing or gaming. I bought it primarily as a secondary PC to grab and go for lighter applications and mild work tasks.

The computer runs great and is fast, only thing would be the size of it causing it to lack a number pad and the screen size is troublesome at times

Ultra smooth laptop to use. Good with 8gb ram although I am increasing it to 16gb but 8gb also works perfectly. Battery life is also good.

Good laptop I would say. So far no issues except that it will get pretty heated up after like 10 minutes of use.

My previous computer was 8 years old and slow. I'm a senior widow who can afford any new one I want, but I don't need a lot of memory or power. My salesperson recommended a Dell which looked pretty good. I asked if there was anything available with more features I might like (i.e. more expensive). He said no, and he was right on. I'm thrilled with my purchase, didn't break the bank, and the set-up was efficient and pleasant.
