My experience over the years with buying several laptops and tablets from Best Buy has been excellent. They describe their products very well on their website, they have competitive prices, they have top notch shipping, their employees all seem to have a good attitude and it is very easy for a store pickup. And ... This particular laptop purchase was excellent for my needs and I am very satisfied.

Bought this item TWICE. The first one had issues from the get go. Took it home, unboxed it, bam. The screen and laptop itself is nice and loved the screen quality. Feels light and has a smooth surface. It was a midnight blue which is actually a lovely color. However, the startup was rocky. It gave me so many issues with the wifi connectivity. It just would not connect or it would but drop within minutes. It is NOT my wifi connection as my other devices all connect with no issues and my modem and router all work very well. Took it back within hours of purchasing only for Geek Squad to tell me it definitely has some type of hardware issue. Decided to exchange for the same because I was naive to think it was an isolated issue. Bam! Second one did not connect at all. Called my internet provider for confirmation or help and it was not an issue with wifi. Took the second one back to geek squad and it connected there! Was told to take it home and try it again so I did exactly that. Unfortunately, it did not connect at all. I have read other reviews here, on Reddit, other sites and there are tons of wifi connectivity issues with this one. I ended up returning it and switching to Apple product.
