Dell amazing brand, very happy with the product. I love this laptop , the quality is good.

We absolutely loved, got 2 of the them for the kids. That it could also be used as tablet earned me father of the year.

Terrible laptop. Not even a month into owning it and it's slowed down, the screen freezes multiple times a day (only solution is to reset it with the power button). When It restarts, the icons become HUGE. When it sleeps it will either not turn on (the keyboard will light up but screen won't turn on until you hard restart it with the power button again - all open tabs and apps are closed) or it will reopen and everything is closed. I bought this on May 8th. It's only June 13th. I wanted to give Dell a try after years with Macbooks but this was a complete waste of my money and sanity.
