I highly recommend this laptop.It is easy to use!!

Remember money makes limits. So with that in mind, this item is great for the money. Is's very accessible and easy to use. It's only draw back, is the speed of the processor. However, if you are just surfing or doing data entry or minor projects this will get the job done well.

great to start with kids for doing online homework, internet searches etc on their own computer

this is a simple laptop that gets the job done. I am able to do my college homework with Microsoft Office and updated windows applications. downside is it runs slower sometimes, doesn't stream well, and has no cd/dvd drive.

It was a very great deal. I bought it on sale and my daughter is very satisfied with the gift.

Got this for my father, whose computer needs are pretty basic. It was easy to set up and seems to be running well. It came with a 1 month MacAfee security trial, which I replaced with Trend Micro, easy to install, and also free for 6 months, courtesy of a Best Buy coupon. The Geek Squad has been very helpful with any questions we've had.

Computer is good, but should be faster, Programs take up too much memory, I was not aware it not have a D drive for CD's.

The computer is very good. I only use the computer for school work and i have had no issues with the computer. The audio on the computer is better than expected. Overall for the price i would recommend the computer.

Great for homework projects and lightweight for travel, would recommend for on go people.

These Dell laptops bring my total to 4 Dells that I've purchased at Best Buy . I have been really happy with not only the product, but also the customer service at Best Buy & Dell.

Needed a couple cheap laptops for work and these were the best we could find on a budget.

Not sure if we need to use add'l antivirus software. Wanted to ask for tech help. My son has been using it and he says it's fine. He's not thrilled w/it, though.

this laptop is a good middle of the road PC. using it for my 10 year old because she's starting to get online homework. if being used for school work, internet surfing, uploading pic this is the perfect laptop. good performance without paying for all the extras.
