Nice little laptop, got a good price too with the explanation that I could add a HD to it. Got it home, and discovered this particular model did not have the HD interface header, so a HD CANNOT be installed in addition to the onboard storage. A little disappointed, but should have researched the model a little better. If you need a light reliable laptop, and are Cloud Drive storing this maybe the item for you. It just did not meet my travel needs.

It was great to find a good basic laptop at such a low price. I do wish it came with more memory, since I am already maxed out and would have liked to download some other programs. The bottom line: You can't beat the price for a good laptop but you may want to include adding some memory in your overall budget if you want to use it for multiple applications besides surfing the internet, checking email, storing photos, and producing documents.

I bought this computer for my kids and they love it. They use it for school. The price was so cheap that I was able to buy one to each one of my children .

This is a really great deal on a solid laptop. Dell makes great PCs, and has excellent support. Bought this for my mother.

I purchased this particular model for my son for Christmas he has been using this particular laptop with no issues so far I would recommend this for purchase to someone else because Dell is very reliable and also it does a lot for the price listed

Lightweight and easy to travel with. Great for checking e- mails and online banking. For the price a very nice computer.

Laptop is great use for very basic usage. It was a gift for my father-in-law and he needs something that is easy for him to use. He really enjoys the features and easy use of the laptop.

Not too sure about this product, I can't complain to much because it was a gift . It runs a little too slow for me and everytime I try to go on a different websites it keeps saying something like " kill this page" and no it's not my internet lol . I feel like my memory is all ready full with just me download my iTunes music , so maybe I could have given it a 4

I wanted to buy something inexpensive and was worried about getting quality too. I am glad I spend quite a few weeks doing my research. I am glad I spoke to a few of your sales reps. I wanted to shop in my neighborhood and NOT online. I am pleased that I did that! Thank you!

This is a great little computer for using the internet and doing e-mail. It does not have a great memory capacity for storing data. My husband really is happy with it.

This is a good computer but my daughter informed me that she needed more storage for all her photography. We returned it with no problems and she picked what she needed.

Very happy with computer. Good for daily online use. Good basic laptop at a good price! Not a fan of Windows 10 but it works.

Serves my need--primarily to type documents. I knew it only had 2GB,etc What I didn't know is that the operating system itself takes up almost all of that. It doesn't even have room to take the updates. Had to buy an external hard drive. Not very fast moving .

Not much to it. Its a good laptop for beginners and younger kids. Easy to set up. Just lacks some speed. The audio is not as loud as I would have liked.

They finally got it right. Dell and Microsoft put out a system that rivals the ChromeBook and did it at a price that is competitive. Out of the box, this looks and feels like a full go laptop, there is nothing cheap or flimsy. The system powered right on, is very responsive and the battery life was impressive. You arent going to replace a gaming machine or something with heavy processing needs, but I was able to stream content on this, check email, surf the web and had no noticeable lags. Definitely worth the price for a full go Microsoft OS laptop. You've got my vote...

This laptop is good for the price. The processor is abit slow but the memory is good and holds well for what I need to do for small projects.

It's slow and lags a lot and there's not room for updates.

Great laptop for a teenager. Inexpensive too! No frills but everything needed for school and homework.

We purchased this laptop for our high school age son. It is good for daily school stuff but with limited memory you cannot store much on it as far as pictures, music or programs go.

I have been a Dell fan for years and needed something affordable. This meets my needs of web surfing and basic stuff I need to do.
