Returned this laptop cause it was too slow for daily internet browsing. Knowing Chrome is a memory hog I still installed it thinking it wouldn't be as bad but boy was I wrong... A youtube video would average 20 seconds to load on 200 mbps internet connection . With the OS installed, you had about 8GB of usable space so can't store much on there either.

I really love this computer. The touch screen is easy and was easy to start. I'm so happy Best Buy sent that email early so I could buy it before black Friday. I actually got it delivered on black Friday. I actually thought about buying another one for my son's birthday but they were out!

All this laptop needs to earn five stars: remove the pre-installed 2GB memory module and install a 4GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM for $16-$20. With 4GB installed, no more lag and problem solved!

Needed an update straight out of box and not enough memory to download and install. Took it back to the store within a week of purchasing. Customer service asked if I had been told that it didn't have an internal hard drive when it was purchased which I wasn't as I would not have purchased this model.

It comes with a 32 gig hard drive. Windows 10 and the MS Office 2016 and the antivirus took up 27 gigs. Having 4 useable gigs on a hard drive is not useable for much except composing the odd word doc. I was told it had a $25 trade in value. I think that is about what it’s worth. Very Disappointed.

I bought this item during the sale, so it is worth the price I paid for. It's light and just right for me to take it to class to take notes.

This laptop is great for traveling and/or working in the cloud. It is small, lightweight, and runs several hours on a single charge. The display is bright and it has plenty of ports for connecting devices. Two thumbs up!!!

worked fine 1st month then it will unlog me from internet,too slow,unable to return.worst deal.would not recommend.,i figuerd im buying Dell,then Best Buy cant help either,i wanted to trade up to a better one but they said it was too late bought 12/27/2015.

This computer advertises 32 GB drive space. The OS takes up 23 GB and only 28 GB space is actually available. By the times I updated the OS and added basic programs I was nearly out of space. Why 10 times storage space was not added is not beyond reason for the same price, storage space is dirt cheap now. The computer is light, and it ran cool and operated fine. Returned it the day I got it.

i do agree that the monitor is very small at 14" but it has a HDMI port. It can plug in to a HDTV so you could see it in better view. I personally use this and i love it very much. :-)

Out of all the computers I've bought, this one has the greatest quality and the quality when playing games like Minecraft this computer runs 60fps. I would recommend this computer.

I needed a new PC with windows excel and word processing software for simple home use and this one fits my needs at a reasonable cost.

2GBytes DRAM are not enough and the PC is very slow. You cannot run Windows 10 with 2GBytes DRAM. Replaced the DRAM to a 4GBytes Module, and the computer runs like a champion. I ordered the DRAM through Crucial.com. They scan your PC, and recommend what DRAM Module you have to buy. The 4GBytes DRAM Module from Micron is called 4GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM 1.35V CL11. CT7855005 CT51264BF160B.C16FPD2 UPGRADE FOR A DELL INSPIRON 14 (3452 EMMC) SYSTEM The module's price is around $30, and upgraded the PC to a real fast machine running Windows 10.

I wanted a computer that could surf and watch movies and show photos and power point shows. This pc is perfect price for that. A tablet costs more than at I paid for this open box pc. The hard drive is very small but i have 128 GB flash to store the photos and movies. It serves my purpose as a teacher perfectly.

Only thing holding this thing back is memory. If it had 4 gb instead of 2, it would probably multitask with browser tabs better. It can handle about 6 tabs at once, which is good enough for home browsing.
