I recently realized that I needed a backup computer as my very good but long in the tooth Dell desktop's hard drive finally died. All I required really was an inexpensive, basic laptop to do some day-to-day chores, surfing, email, banking and print out a few things. So, after a few moments at the store the salesclerk pointed out this model that had been a Black Friday sale item with the sale price still in effect. Bingo! My needs were met. Perfect. The quality of Dell products has been proven to me over time and this laptop is no exception. Still, it is definitely an entry level model with modest chip speed, memory and usability with a lighter plastic textured case. It runs a little warm sometimes and the sound quality is fine but minimal. But seriously, unless you need an actual full-on business or gaming laptop computer, this would do the vast majority of folks just fine for day-to-day in-home personal usage computing. Highly recommended. Especially at sale prices!

Faster than my wife previous Mac book, does tend to run hot but its a laptop so I expected that to occur. Processor is mid end so its a good laptop for office work or just surfing the net. Battery life last long which is good cause she likes to roam around the house.

Laptop is very good. Good processor speed and memory. Good hard drive storage. Good screen. Performing well. Minor negatives - letters on keyboard can be hard to read unless lighting is excellent, and shell seems to show lots of fingerprints.

Great laptop for the price with touchscreen!! Good battery life. Tons of power for what I need. No issues at all for a budget friendly laptop this is the way to go!!

Ive had the laptop for almost a year now and it hasn't given me any problems. The battery last around 5hrs a day and tge loading screen is quick. I think ym only negative is that it sometimes doesnt want to conncet to the wifi. Even going into settings to turn on the wifi isnt an option and so i have to restart the laptop again, but that could just be a me problem.

A very good Laptop in the best affordable range. Comes with a touch though in this price range. Fast. Good display.

I love this dell computer. I needed a replacement after I accidently broke my other one. This came in clutch an at a really good price. The touch screen made it easy to navigate work related things and the operating system is fast and efficient.

Upgraded from a Chromebook. Works excellent and much faster than my Chromebook. Touch screen is a nice feature. 10 Key is another nice addition.

Nice looking display. Was bought for school, just a couple classes at a time. The speed and battery life is great for what it was bought for.

This laptop works well, is pretty fast and light-weight. For moble use, work or school it gets the job done!

Slim and light, processor speed is adequate for my use. Battery holds its charge very well and for more than 4 hours.

I scored this computer on a Black Friday Deal. I love how easy it was to set up. It is really user friendly and easy to use. The screen is a touch screen which is a bonus but a negative is, it does not turn into a tablet type touch screen computer. It might make a difference to some people. I am not a huge fan of the keyboard either the keys arent as bumped up as I like. Overall I still give it a 5 stars because it is a really nice basic computer.

This laptop is made for productivity and is fast for what is wanted from it. Gaming on this device isn’t very good and it isn’t meant for that but for completing bills, doing paperwork, entertainment, and opening apps is all very efficient and quick. The 8GB of RAM make this laptop multitask well and is a solid laptop to have. The display is big but isn’t anything special just a standard LCD display but it does have touch screen which is good.

This touch screen laptop is phenomenal. I am using it for school And I am so glad I chose a touchscreen. It is fast and has all of the requirements. I needed for my computer class I would highly recommend this laptop. I am using it for web development class. So I needed a high-grade laptop. And this one fit the bill without charging me a large bill!!!!
