Excellent computer. I purchased this computer for a remote class I enrolled in, and it is wonderful! It is super easy to use/navigate, battery life is exceptional, it comes with plenty of storage (I was able to work with putty and other virtual machines,) and its lightweight enough to take on the go. You won't regret this purchase!

I traded my tablet in for a gift card & purchased this laptop because I needed a laptop for school and I was SO NERVOUS. This laptop has a great battery life, like shockingly so, and it handles me having multiple browser tabs open while writing a paper or navigating the online portal for my school. It doesn’t look fancy, and it gets fingerprints on the outside easily, but it runs well! I don’t regret it at all.

I got this on sale for Black Friday for about 220 less than retail. The only gripe I'd have is the sales person wasn't all that honest. They tried telling me the S Models like these weren't upgradeable with the RAM and I'd have to pay GEEK Squad 150 to remove the S Mode. I went online found out how to do it for FREE. I installed a 500gb Samsung 970 EVO Pro and a Sandisk 480gb SSD. I also just ordered a 2x8gb 3200 RAM kit. So for having two spare bigger drives laying around my place and less than 30 I'll have a system that's competes with 600 to 700 laptops. BTW a little advise. People complain about these having heat issues. A simple solution, buy an after laptop cooler. I've used them in the past they make my laptops run cooler and last longer.

laptop's overall performance, including the speed of the processor, amount of RAM, and any dedicated graphics card are excellent. The display quality, resolution, colour accuracy, and brightness, touchscreen responsiveness is excellent. laptop offers good value for its price. Battery Life is great. I would surely recommend this one...Have Fun

This laptop is not great. After owning it for just under two years, it has since been replaced with a new computer and this one was recycled back to BestBuy. I bought it for my father, who used it daily, but it stayed at home, on his lap and he used it to store his pictures and watch YouTube. It did that just fine. The biggest issue is the build quality of this laptop. Within a few months of owning it, however, the hinges went bad. Whenever my dad would open the laptop, the hinges would strain, and eventually they completely separated from the body of the laptop, to the point where he couldn't open it anymore. This was repaired by Geek Squad under warranty, but within the next year, those replacement hinges started to do the same thing. It got to the point again where he had to handle the laptop really delicately, and reminder, it never left the house or moved from it's stationary location. I can't imagine how it would hold up to someone actually taking it on the go. Lucikly, he was gifted a new laptop from someone else, and we were able to get rid of this one. Sad that it only lasted two years, we'll stay away from Dell in the future.

Excellent value. Plenty of speed nice display and keyboard. Only complaint is the overbearing Microsoft software including Edge. It's apparent with all these pcs that Microsoft must pay huge royalties to have so much preloaded on to them that if you don't want it all it becomes quite a project to remove and disable what you don't need.

this computer is very easy to use, compact and STYLISH

Excellent device , just the right size , superior key pad both visually and touch pressure . The display screen is high definition and brightness controls make for eye comfort in all background lighting scenarios. This is my second Inspiron laptop and will definitely purchase another for my wife

I bought this laptop for college work and honestly it was ok the best part about this laptop is it is touchscreen but the keyboard doesn’t glow so at night it gets challenging to type. Overall it’s a good laptop for everyday college work and office use as it gets the job done. I’d recommend this laptop only if you need a laptop for work only and nothing fashionable. I found this laptop to be very minimalistic and basic.

Good value for the price. Fast and responsive processor touchscreen works great. 128GB storage a bit low. Will need to exit from windows11 S mode in order to install basic software like google chrome browser, notepad++ and other apps.

It was good for the most part a little slow when trying to boot up but other than that the graphics were great procceser did well for an i5. Good battery life lasts for about a day of causal usage.

I really love my new laptop. Very easy and intuitive design. Is working exactly as I would expect from a Dell product. The only glitch I have encountered is a screen of news stories and click bait that intrudes on whatever I am doing randomly and repeatedly.

NICE laptop , sync well with my other devices and seems to be welll put together. Nice lay out on the new power button. Nice screen size and viewing. Good software updates. Speed work better with the programs I use. over all this seems to be a best buy.

This is sleek, high performance laptop. So far it's amazing, fast with good audio, video features. Though I am not a big fan of touch screen, my son loves it. I had HP personal laptops for last 8 years but this is way better!!
