Bought nearly a year ago and still works great! It gets the job done for school and daily web browsing. Even plays some games on low settings. Battery life is acceptable and can last me all day sometimes. Make sure to carry the charger with you in your bag just in case though. The screen is a good size and viewing angles aren’t too bad. Brightness is good but when outside on a bright day it can get a little dim. Overall a good purchase and would recommend for someone looking to get something for school or do homework or any light task

over all very nice product , light waight and thin, very fast and can handle multiple processes, i love the fact it is in s mode to help my dad stay safe and surf and usees for teams chatt, i did not like the back up situation thoe, it filled up the hard drive almost to the maxx and didnt understand whye. must reinstall os and configure carefuly otherwise love the performance. one issue must buy cat 5 connection and external cd/ dvd for that purpose

Fortunately, I was able to buy this laptop on sale, $330. I think this price is a good deal with the specs (Ryzen5 7530U, M.2 512 GB SSD, 8 GB RAM). You may feel the center of the keyboard is a bit too soft. Since my local store didn't display this model, I didn't have a chance to check this point. But it was not a big deal. I am getting used to type with this keyboard. I noticed that the memory usage became 80%-90% with some tasks. Then, an 8-GB memory was on sale in BestBuy ($19) so I added additional 8 GB. Taking out the bottom panel may be a bit tricky. Don't rush, use thin plastics (such as a used gift card) to take the panel out. Once you are able to open the bottom panel, it is easy to install a RAM (don't forget to disconnect the battery before the installation). The operation with 16-GB RAM is very comfortable. As a summary, I believe I did a nice pre-holiday shopping.

Good price and works well. Added another 8gb memory stick and it was the best and cheapest way to get 16gb memory for a good laptop at a great price.. Buying a 16gb laptop of this model would have cost a lot more than going the diy route. For only $19 for 8gb.. Awesome laptop!! Cant say how much i absolutely love and use this. The screen is awesome and thats not just because its 15.6" which it seems bigger, is great, but the fact its a touch screen makes it even more friendly use. Its perfect for my job and pleasure uses!! Its fast, and reliable as well as slim and compact.

Very nice, added another 8gb of ram and removed windows. (Linux fan) much faster than my Ryze. 4500u based laptop. BTW it is touch screen

Bought this for my father as a replacement for his old laptop. He loves it. Fast boot time, strong processor, and upgradeable ram! He can play games like Age of Empires and Civilization. Runs no problem. Very happy with the purchase. Great value for what you get it!

I really like Dell products. The quality is good and if you need to repair it the parts are readily available. This laptop is very fast and responsive. You probably should add 8GBs of memory to it and you have a machine that will do a lot.

The laptop is faster than it looks on specs. Memory is average at 8gb. Dell PC is good for upgrade so adding more RAM is not too difficult. The only bad things are user cannot add another SSD or set it up as a dual-boot machine due to the way it was made.

Daughter need a PC for work and this provided all the feature necessary and more. Great storage with 512GB ssd, ram can be upgraded at some point. Laptop has nice construction as well. Would recommend for the non gamer

Great value for performance at sale price. Of course there are much more powerful laptops, but considering the cost it's features are more than enough for my purposes. I added another 8GB of ram as well.

Laptop is super fast. Easy to carry around the house. Very good for E-mail and everyday browsing needs. Synched data with Microsoft One Driver is a nice perk!

For $330, this laptop packs a punch with the Ryzen 5 7350U. The screen is "okay"; washed out colors, and acceptable brightness (for indoor use) but that is given for this price point. However, the fan is noisy even during normal web browsing. I monitor the CPU temps and it gets close to 100 degrees Celcius very often. I am not sure if that's normal and part of the laptop's design, but for a CPU with 15W TDP, 90+ degrees seems very hot and not normal. I wonder if I got a faulty unit or if there is a problem with the cooling parts.

Great computer for a great price, and bonus it is TOUCHSCREEN!!! Such a great bargain my parents went online that same day and bought another just like it!!

My experience with this laptop so far has been amazing! I love the touch screen and it runs super smooth. I am definitely considering buying a second one.

I bought this laptop for the purpose of doing research and occationally playing games with my sisters. Overall, its very good at that! The only reasons I'm giving this 4 stars and not five is because the fan does tend to get a little loud sometimes but that can be easily fixed by putting something like a pen under the back of the laptop to help circulate the air a bit more, after doing that the problem is fixed completely for me. The only other thing is that the battery doesn't last as long as my previous laptop but it still lasts quite a few hours.

Perfect laptop for work. Touchscreen works flawless and wasn't trying much bloatware which was nice since we set these up for employees.
