Excellente experience with this Dell touchsreen laptop

a little slower than my Dell w/intel core i7 and 16GB memory. I purchased it mainly because it has the 10 key keyboard. I'm good with it even though it is slower.

Don’t particularly care for Microsoft, seems it still has to much control. Yet, I still prefer it to Apple. Now that it is all setup I’m very happy with my choice, plus it was a great Labor Day deal!!!

I needed a capable, reasonably priced computer in a hurry. This Dell laptop filled all my needs and more at a price less than I had anticipated.

Excellent service in the store , very well trained associate, he helped us throughout the process, very happy with his help and the courtesy that he used.

I wish I could have kept this computer but my husband made me return it because he isn’t very supportive of my going back to college

This is perfect laptop for the novice user. I bought this for a couple who needed to 2 laptops. I bought one then a couple of days later I purchased a 2nd one. They love them and provides the technology they need to surf the web, email, etc.

This is perfect. I bought this for my son, because he uses it for school. He had an easy time setting it up and has had success using it daily!

My first laptop was a Dell, which I liked a lot. My second one is also a Dell. Windows 10 was so much easier to use than Windows 11. I had no problems. What I could do with 10 I cannot do with 11.

I ordered this laptop and it was here a mere 27 hours later. Just amazing considering I live in the U.P. of Michigan.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a Dell laptop before, but I haven’t had a laptop in a long time but so far it seems to be really nice. I would recommend it.

So far this purchase has turned out to be great for my work. I like how the customer service representative helped me find what I was looking for and answered the questions I had.

Every thing is fine with the price however giving 4 stars because of battery health. If you are looking for longer range of battery backup then this is not for you

very pleased, needed to upgrade Best Buy had a great selection to compare but I had a Dell and was pleased so I decided to stay with Dell. Very dependable

The Best of the BEST!!! My wife and I upgraded to Windows 11 with new computers As ours were getting old and we were going to have to move to Windows 11 anyway. DELIGHTED!

I wanted a Dell because I had great luck with my last Dell' couldn't update to Windows 11. Good service from the Geek Squad.

it, a decent laptop for the price specs wise but it feels cheap. the hinge doesn't fully open. and the keyboard isn't backlit.

My laptop died and I needed a new one very quickly. After placing the order for the new one from Best Buy, I received it in just a couple of days. Setting it up took just a couple of hours. The whole process was great.

I love Dell Inspiron laptops, this is me 3rd in the last 8 years and all serve me for different projects.
