I love the size and weight of the laptop. I also love that you can charge it 2 different ways! I almost returned it because I did not like the magnetic charging port. It kept falling out. You can charge it with the USB-C port! That made it a 5 for me!

The associate was very helpful. I explained to him the reason I was needing a new computer and what I would be using it for. He didn't try to sell me something with more services than I needed. He was very helpful with my purchase. The laptop meets my needs and is very sleek and easy to use.

Great basic laptop for browsing and light work. I use this as a second computer to do research and personal business to my work laptop. Great display and battery life. For high end computing, this won't have enough power but for everyday use that I intended this for, it is excellent.

Love this laptop, I bought it for my son to used for college, and it works perfect, very fast, perfect quality and the touchscreen is a plus. I definitely recommend it for school, office or any jobs.

Easy to use. I like the touch screen. The battery life is not as long as I would expect. (Unfortunately, the BB tech who set up the computer missed adding a few things, but another tech assisted me and completed the job.)

Bought this Dell to convert my LP collection to digital files. So far, So GREAT! I’ve loaded 2 apps (Music Bee and Vinyl Studio) and added 16 G of additional RAM and I’m rockin’ with this laptop! Touchscreen extra nice as are the multiple ports for my various peripherals and card reading. I rated 4 stars only because it doesn’t have backlit keyboard, but very feature-rich laptop value for the money. Powers up quick and not loaded with bloatware. Ready to go in no time. Get you one…

This went on sale and I was going to have to update to Windows 11. For what I needed it does all that I needed. Very happy with the performance alot faster then my 13 yr old laptop.Very light weight.

Runs great, Starts up immediately. Love the touch screen. handles multi tabs open at once.

This computer is great for home, student, school teachers, office and more. I love it is touch screen, and it's processor provides enough speed for the tasks on this lines described.

This Laptop is easy to use and see. The speed is fast and it has ample storage. I would encourage its purchase for school and/or work.

This computer is great. For the money we spent, it does everything we need it to do and it is much faster than our old one.

The speed is very good and love the touch screen. The only thing I could ask for is for it to work with the Dell Thunderbolt dock. That wasn't a deal breaker but a nice to have.

Had a problem with USB port. Chatted with Dell and was told no warranty on hardware. Per laptop specs I believe laptop has parts and labor warranty of one year. I had only owned laptop for less than 30 days at the time. So I chatted with Best Buy. Was told to amke an appointment with Geek Squad which I did. Geek was able to apply significant pressure to insert into the USB port and this worked. I didn't dare apply that much pressure as I was concerned that I would cause even more problems . Laptop is now working very well, and I am currently very satisfied.

Decent enough computer, comfortable layout, good speed, easy enough to set up if you already had one before. Touch screen works well, the # pad on the side is great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the sound for calls is absolutely horrible. You must use a headset and not the speakers. The same goes for watching movies on it. That said though, catch it on a sale like I did and its a good investment.
