This Laptop is easy to use and see. The speed is fast and it has ample storage. I would encourage its purchase for school and/or work.

I thought that the I5 processer was going to be slow, but much to my surprise it is exactly what I needed for Autocad. It powers the laptop and touch screen perfectly. I have two 24 inch monitors attached to it and I have yet to experience any lag in proformace. When I take the laptop to the production floor I do not have to bring the charger as the battery life is very impressive.

I’ve purchase Dells for years - and my last one lasted almost 10 years (with a couple of repairs along the way). But when it started slowing down again, I knew it was time to get a new one. I bought this computer on sale and got an excellent deal from BestBuy (and immediate delivery, there was a 2 week delay if purchasing direct from Dell). Very happy with it with two caveats: color viewed on screen has a yellow hue and the fan is noisy. The fan sound seems to have improved since I got it though (about 3 weeks ago). It also ran a little slow at first but once Microsoft updates were installed, that hasn’t been an issue. It’s responsive and works perfectly. I do wish the cover and area around the keyboard had a texture because it shows smudges easily but that’s not a big deal. I uninstalled “S” Microsoft mode so I wasn’t restricted on apps I could download which was very easy.

Love the size and its lightweight. So far the speed and storage is adequate for my sons browsing and school work.

I love this computer so much I bought a more updated version. I love the slim design and the keys are super nice to use. My only qualm is she does run a little warm so make sure you use it on a table rather than your lap. A lap desk is also helpful. I also love how light it is to carry. It works perfect for college!

I love the size and weight of the laptop. I also love that you can charge it 2 different ways! I almost returned it because I did not like the magnetic charging port. It kept falling out. You can charge it with the USB-C port! That made it a 5 for me!

The associate was very helpful. I explained to him the reason I was needing a new computer and what I would be using it for. He didn't try to sell me something with more services than I needed. He was very helpful with my purchase. The laptop meets my needs and is very sleek and easy to use.

Great basic laptop for browsing and light work. I use this as a second computer to do research and personal business to my work laptop. Great display and battery life. For high end computing, this won't have enough power but for everyday use that I intended this for, it is excellent.

Great speed, good amount of storage, poor battery life. Works for the purpose of checking emails, work applications, and having a system to use desktop sites vs tablet or mobile device.

Easy to use. I like the touch screen. The battery life is not as long as I would expect. (Unfortunately, the BB tech who set up the computer missed adding a few things, but another tech assisted me and completed the job.)

Bought this Dell to convert my LP collection to digital files. So far, So GREAT! I’ve loaded 2 apps (Music Bee and Vinyl Studio) and added 16 G of additional RAM and I’m rockin’ with this laptop! Touchscreen extra nice as are the multiple ports for my various peripherals and card reading. I rated 4 stars only because it doesn’t have backlit keyboard, but very feature-rich laptop value for the money. Powers up quick and not loaded with bloatware. Ready to go in no time. Get you one…

I really like this laptop overall; touch screen, long battery life, decent size screen. The only “negative” for me is the space between the mouse and keyboard is too wide. It would be better if the keyboard was made bigger and less space for mouse area.

The Dell computer is very amazing. It runs fast, quick with work and very loud which is good for watching videos, really good battery life.

Love this laptop, I bought it for my son to used for college, and it works perfect, very fast, perfect quality and the touchscreen is a plus. I definitely recommend it for school, office or any jobs.

This went on sale and I was going to have to update to Windows 11. For what I needed it does all that I needed. Very happy with the performance alot faster then my 13 yr old laptop.Very light weight.
