For those who often have multiple screens open at the same time, as I frequently do, this device is truly impressive! It allows for seamless switching between programs and websites, even across different browsers. When I use it in my lap, it remains cool throughout the day. The cooling fan operates quietly and is barely noticeable, and the placement of the charging port is convenient for use in your favorite easy chair. However, there are two features I wish this laptop had—features I hadn't considered useful before making the purchase. First, a backlit keyboard would be a valuable addition, especially when getting accustomed to a new keyboard layout. Second, the ability to fold it into a tablet configuration would enhance the usability of the touchscreen.

Just what I needed! It works excellent, the battery is good! It complies with everything established on paper, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

After thoroughly testing this machine, I'm totally impressed. In particular I loved the keyboard. The keys are not floppy. The key travel is perfect. I also love the speed. Its responsive and has no lag. I bought two of these laptops hoping they would be good. I am not dissapointed! Wonderful product.

It was easy to use and no overheating and long charge hours

This is an amazing laptop! Is fast and I love the keyboard layout and how the keys click. I hadn’t upgraded my laptop in around 10 years. I had an Acer before this that I hated. Dell is a good and trusted brand I can always count on. I sometimes have to use it for work and I’m remote and I work a busy job with lots of programs opened. It works wonderfully, no lagging. I’ve had it 2 weeks now. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The Dell product has been a fantastic work computer. I had never owned a Dell laptop until this purchase, and I am happy I chose this product. If you're in the market for a good overall laptop, I highly recommend giving the Dell team a try. The only downside so far has been that the battery life is not particularly impressive, but I usually don't need to rely on the battery and can plug it into an outlet.

This is a great laptop! I was supposed to be working from home after surgery and this is perfect for remoting in to my office computer. I was let go after my surgery and did not have the opportunity to use it for work. I am very glad I purchased it to replace my old laptop!

A perfect laptop for me, for someone who uses it specifically for checking e-mail and doing product reviews, some on-line banking and rarely purchases. Excellent speed and memory capacity.
