The laptop and I have had a rough beginning. Seems the OS stills has bugs, and I have operator error. Geek squad has been helpful, and its performs better now. still not as fast as I thought it would be but I am spoiled. my wife enjoys it and I bought it for her, so life is good.

Loving the laptop. Not so sure about Windows 8, but learning to adjust. Great being able to go between touch screen and regular keyboard.

This is a fast and high conf laptop with an affordable price. Sound quality is perfect. Performance ok even if running 4-5 tasks at a time. For the price and specs, this computer is awesome. Dell did a great job with the combination of specs for it to run efficiently.

This computer is all that the salesperson said--it is easy to use--just typed where u want to go and bingo there u are--clarity is superb, even sound not bad!!

Great laptop that you can upgrade. I replaced hdd with sdd on day 1. It is blazing fast. I will upgrade ram next. Very nice 4K uhd screen. I would have given 5-stars but for the keyboard. It is smaller than I would like for a premium laptop of this size.

this is the most reliable laptop I expected plus the touch screen, hight definition, a large size of display...

I am a bit of a nerd. I am the guy that people call when the office network goes down or a simple computer issues needs to be resolved. I do nor typically buy dell. I am so glad I did this time. The sales staff We're amazing at pointing it out and showing me it's features. Since they were out of stock the manager called up another store and found it for me. It is a great system all the way around. My only wish is a cd drive was built in.

Coming from sony vaio with sdd , 4 GB total less memory, slightly slower cpu and gpu, I feel this dell product is a downgrade in comparison. Yes, leap to 4k resolution was an eye catcher, but things seem bit too small for screen size, though movies and like media look amazing along with more advanced camera, though for my usage sdd in previously purchased vaio gave an overall system boost that this particular dell product is lacking. Overall if your looking for an average budget portable carry around, this gets job done. Review only seems negative due to comparison with previously owned product with an ssd drive.

I purchased this laptop a month ago and I love it. It's fast and efficient. Sometimes it lags which doesn't make sense to me with the specs on it but overall I absolutely love it. Dell has never disappointed me.

I recently bought this as a gift for my dad and I was very impressed with the clear and bright screen that brought. It kind of reminded me the retina that i have on my macbook. Overall has been a good buy.

worth every penny the 4k is awesome & with 1TB of memory plus 12GB ram its a powerhouse.

top notch specs at a very reasonable price. Just wish they would have added SSD drive in it. Will be updating it soon. But otherwise everything is good

I feel like I got a lot of features for the price.

This is a great laptop for an average computer user. Can be sluggish at times, Does not perform well with customization of graphics. Other than that it looks nice, and integrates with TV well.

I love this laptop it's fast stunning display just all around excellent the only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me is that every now and then it seems to slow down just a bit but not much

Laptop performs fine. Network has a tendency to stop working periodically and requires a bounce of the wireless network device on the laptop.

The specs are really nice, the 4K screen is an added bonus
