Fantastic screen resolution. You can't find a better notebook in a store. If you want top of the line (solid drive, more memory, etc.) you have to order it from DELL.

Ups: Nice spec cheaper than dell direct, just gray plastic outfit. Fan is not on most of time, so silent with SSD (except screen noise below). Works with Windows 7. Minor downs: some programs not working well with 4k resolution with tiny menu text (like remote desktop). Screen has humming noise when brightness is lower than maybe 90%.

This was a good choice for the price and what it can do. No problems with using it or transferring old files over .

Still learning. It's packed with features. I'm new to Windows so there's a steep learning curve, but the loaded instructional videos assist greatly.

My only complaint is that the mouse is too sensitive, it opens or sends when arrow is hovering over the topic and I don't even click on it!

I purchased this laptop because I am a gaming freak. It is very light in weight. Also, best buy is giving the best price for this laptop.

Coming from a Inspiron E1705 running SP Pro, It has been quite a transition challenge to Windows 10. and Word 365. I like Windows 10.

The only thing I am waiting for is some of the software to catch up to the 4k. Some programs don't seem to scale the fonts correctly.

The tablet is just the right size to be comfortable in my hand with a screen size to allow me to see everything clearly in my games.

This is my first Dell, I was skeptical, but after using it, I loved. For sure I recommend and I'll keep in mind for another one

This computer is hard to get used to and I went to Best Buy to have the Geek Squad help me but was not happy with their service.

When it's working, it's fine for home use. I had to reset to factory specs within a month of buying it. Don't know if it was the Windows 10 upgrade or just Dell quality going downhill, but this will be my last Dell. (I had to return my previous Dell because the screen separated from the back of the laptop on day 7 of ownership.)

A few concerns, primarily dropping off of internet connection. Hopefully, this is fixed now.

Very happy with this purchase. I am a software developer and am able install and run all my development tools without issue. Speed is better than I expected. Great product!

The laptop is perfectly useful for all the purposes I had thought about. It works great!

This is a great Computer I added a Samsung 512 850 pro SSD to mine it works great.

I originally purchased a laptop from dell with a smaller hard drive which was nice but not nearly the capacity for my work. This one acts like a like a desktop but is compact and light for easy transport. Love it!

I was well educated in my purchase of my new computer! The sales representative and manager were super nice and super helpful! The Dell with Intel 17 and Inspiron 15 is a touch screen and top of the line! Love it!

Only negative is not having an optical drive but I can live with out it as I have other computers that I can burn disks to flash or cards, The screen is awsome...can't think of anything I am not happy with
