Very happy with the purchase of this laptop. The screen is amazing, and Windows 10 is much better than expected. I wish the battery was a little more powerful, but it does the job.

While I've only had this computer for 2 weeks, I've not used it to much. Great screen resolution, easy to use, getting used to windows 10. Only issue for me is there is a piercing noise when I turn on the screen. It's makes other noises when utilizing some software, and when videos are running. Taking it to geek squad today. Hopefully they will just give me a new one!!!

The 4K screen on this thing is amazing. It is fast as well. Windows 10 can be a bit of a challenge but will get used to it.

I bought my new Dell last weekend, so far it's a pretty cool laptop. I thought I wanted a bigger screen but this one was perfect and light. I've always had Dell but it was really hard to find a good one with the light up keyboard which is my favorite part of this laptop. I wish it had a CD dive but I plan on buying an external CD drive later so I can still access things from my CDs. I haven't played with the touch screen much but that was an added bonus that will sure come in handy.

Excellent laptop. It is very fast with the 12GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - I recommend this laptop. I am using this laptop for home and I am very happy, it doesn't have CD but you can buy an external devise.

I purchased this laptop as a school laptop. Through my time at Long Beach it has run consistently fast and the Windows 10 interface is very good!!! I would recommend this to students looking for a laptop!!!

I have used this laptop for school, games, and just web surfing. it performs really well,the battery life is decent, and the 4 k screen res is a plus.

Really like it. I was going to get something simple, but found this one and must say it is better than expected. i had Vista and hated windows 8, so was dubious about 10, but it is much better.

I received a Dell Inspiron as a high school graduation present 6 years ago. I loved it. It was time for me to purchase a new laptop now that I am in graduate school..and I knew I wanted as close to my Inspiron as I could get. I was easily able to transition to the updated software (Windows 10) due to how overall similiar the new Inspiron I purchased is to my old one. I love that it is now thinner and a touch screen! I haven't been using it long enough to really figure out if there's any downfalls or major changes, but so far I am happy with it!

I purchased this laptop for my wife and daughter to use for her school work. And of course they love it! When I can pry it away.. I use it for surfing the web and stuff. This laptop is perfect for both school and home use; fast, sleek and easy to use. I strongly recommend this laptop for those looking for a dependable and efficient laptop.

Beautiful screen.. True 4k might not be the most useful tech yet but for myself we spend so much time looking at high resolution screens anything less just felt off. Has nice specs good for video editing Adobe software has worked perfectly. Nice form factor also slim and light.

My son is a gamer. I looked at other machines but was not ready to spend over $1000 for him (he's 13). I was about to leave when the gentleman that helped me (I forget his name now-sorry) asked me a couple of questions and found the computer for us. It was an open box item, and was discounted further from that price. It was a definite win for us. It is better, faster, stronger than the computer I bought for myself not too long ago. My son will be able to use it for his studies as well as fun.

Is a great laoptop, I just wish this come with a dvd driver.

Amazing absolutely amazing great laptop the money can buy all around very satisfied and very happy with him played games and wants to be the owners doing multitasking and also great speed very very happy with it so far so if you're thinking about spending some money on a good computer this would be it

Delivery was on time. Laptop performance has been great! No bugs and glitches. Running fast and smooth for all my basic audio recording needs. Picture is ok with me even though some buyers didn't like it. I don't mind it at all. They are clear . and the laptop is light and the screen size is good for my eyes. .touch screen has been very helpful. Overall it is a superb gadget. Never tire getting our things from bestbuy. The specs are well suited for graphics processing. Layout and design is very appealing. Found the display to be too good to watch colours vivd and real. A SSD would have been an icing on the cake but for the price, this is a great deal. Got it delivered within a day => Thanks for super fast shipping bestbuy!

Computer is fast, clear picture, easy to read! I love this computer, love the touch screen and am really happy with Windows 10 and Edge.

Nice elegant finish. Responsive touch screen. With 12GB RAM and this CPU I would expect it to be faster but it my be due to Windows 10. Primarily used for photo editing so the resolution, CPU and RAM are nice asking with 1TB HDD. Wish they offered it with SSD. Battry doesn't last nearly as long as advertised. On average about 3h. Still really nice experience.

This computer is has a beautiful screen and is a great price.

I bought this laptop for my sister whose major is EE. As the major requires, she needs the laptop to be a high performing work machine. So far this laptop works well and the 4K display truly creates a spectacular level of detail smoothness in a screen this small!
