Vary nice. Vary fast. But only thing i dont like is it dont have ethernet port that i wanted

This 4k UHD touch screen is my best experience so far on laptops. The resolution is powerful.

I got this computer for the colors for Photoshop and they are bright and vivid. This computer platform is very nice and runs the programs I need reliably. The only issue I saw with the computer which isn't any fault of the computer itself, is that is running the new windows platform and a lot of programs for Canon, specifically aren't up to speed yet, so kept that in mind when purchasing a new computer.

We actually didn't get what we wanted so we settled for this one. Didn't notice that there isn't a number key area. So not used to that. Also there isn't any way to play cd's or dvd's. The employee said that all laptops are going to be that way. Otherwise it's pretty good.

Combine the price and the quality, this is a very nice computer. Great deal.

The laptop is as expected, working great, and fast. The reviews were helpful. It is for my daughter to do photo editing - Dell did not carry this model but Best Buy did - thank you!

The display resolution is amazing. I really like the performance and speed.

Fast and economical for a number of applications! School, Home or Office

This laptop is great for multitasking, surfing the web, watching movies but the insanely high resolution it comes with does not match well with the graphics card that comes with the computer. If you are to play games on this machine, lower the resolution first.

Great laptop. I got it for school and it does its job. Thank you dell! One thing tho, it does start off pretty slow. I think it's cuz of the hard drive fan thing to cool it down. Still awesome tho!!!

The first one I bought had a network problem so I took it back and exchanged and got a new that seems to be working good. I really like the touch screen and the features on this laptop.

We bought two of these laptops as open box buys. One had no problems and is a great computer. The other had to have the wi-fi adapter replaced. Everything should be good to go. Best Buy typically carries great quality merchandise.

This was a great upgrade for my college sophomore grandson, who had had an older Dell through high school and first year of college. This is much faster processor, larger hard drive, more memory, and came with Windows 10 pre-installed. He says it is great!

This laptop is awesome! Everything it says it can do it does. However, there are problems with the touchpad being unresponsive and the touch screen not working as well.

Bought this for a tech guy, who needs big RAM for software development. Touched 9 GB RAM consumption couple of times, the laptop performed under that pressure. Design is basic, but the performance is good.

Love the look and feel of this dell. The keyboard is very sturdy which is big for me, its very well made. Unlike most laptops which are cheap plastic this machine is solid. The 4k res is amazing. The i7 run lightning fast which pairs nicely with the 12 gigs of ram. Its definitely the fastest laptop ive ever owned. Not a huge fan of the touch screen but its a nice bonus. The battery life is decent, about 4-5 hour depending on what im running. It runs pretty cool even after long periods of use. Its slim and light weight. And the best part for me was i snagged it for an open box price of $699. Best PC purchase ive ever of most likely will ever make.

The features and operating speed is fantastic! The voice activation for search is exciting.
