Didn't like changing resolution constantly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to return to Best Buy. Couldn't read words, too small. Did not work with excel. Rows overlapped each other. To help, techs lowered resolution to around1300 and below.

Horrible laptop

Still under warranty, I called Dell. Their process is that I have to send the laptop to them so they can evaluate and repair. Not only was it a bad product, but their repair process is terrible. Will not buy a Dell ever again.

Great...but

I read the other reviews before purchasing it and I agree that it's somewhat heavy for its size but that's due to its many features. The display is crystal clear. The one thing other reviewers haven't mentioned is that due to the ultra HD display, some apps are affected and don't perform well. I was frustrated when trying to install Office with a validation code. I finally had to take it to a computer repair shop. After two hours they told me that the ultra HD screen was causing the installation problem. I also had a problem with Windows Media Player. The same computer tech told me that, again, it was the ultra HD display that was interfering with the app. Those issues are irritating but they have been dealt with. This computer is very fast and the display is wonderful.

Very good laptop for entertainment
