For the price, this is a capable notebook that has Windows instead of ChromeOS. Perfect for simple tasks.

This is a great little laptop. I love the touch screen, large Ram & the SSD makes it fast and secure.

While the product is fine and as advertised, I personally have some new operational issues to learn. However my purchasing experience was the worst I have EVER had. First accociate was to hold item 24 hrs. Did not. Next associate was very helpful in getting a 2nd unit (at a higher cost) ordered but it didn't appear and no real effort or contact was made to me about the delay. My efforts and time made the item seem unimportant and less than a pleasure to have.

The laptop is great but it had battery issues within 4 months of purchase. Dell offered to fix it.

Love my new laptop. Working with geek squad was easy as well. I was able get everything that i needed.

So far so good, I did not want to buy a Dell or Ryzen 5 but I did and I am very pleased with the result, I did not need a super fast as I use it for mails, skype, and Google so it is what I need and it responds well. Also the screen does not become dirty like my old HP I was cleaning it every day......
