I'm very happy with my Dell laptop!! Mine was getting old fast and doing some very weird things!! I'm mildly technologically challenged, so I was glad when the guys in the Geek Squad were good guys who could put everything in my language. I'm really loving my new laptop and since I'm officially "a member" this year, I can call or take it in to the store if I have any issues. Nope, there was no down side to this purchase at Best Buy!

This laptop is fast and has a very nice picture. The touchscreen is very responsive.

I got this for my 7 year old son. We didn’t know it was touch screen until we got home. He is using it for light games like Minecraft terraria and stardew valley. All run great on this machine. It is light, has good battery life and seems durable enough. My son is also careful with this stuff do your mileage might vary. I did get him a mouse and disable the touchpad. Easy to do. So far pleased with this purchase.

I bought this laptop because my daughter needed it to complete a collage course she was inrolled in and our old one crashed.i bought it because it was a Dell and the price was right. The course is now over but I couldnt be happier with my laptop. It so easy to use and it can handle my home based business needs. I love this laptop.

I got this one because it's one of the few that still has an Ethernet port. Touchscreen works great. Battery life is average. Good quality for this price point. Handles any basics you need. My main complaint is that the casing is not smooth or easy to clean. It shows every fingerprint & scuffs easily. Otherwise, I'm happy with it.

The Computer is worth the price. Speed in storage if compare with a different brand of computer the same or more. Functions very well. The product was ordered online and to be picked up at the store. Customer service was excellent they asked I needed anything more and even assisted me in finding an item inside the store. This computer is good for school college and work.
