Big screen, decent performance for the value. We use it for basics as emails, word, excel, movies and it works just fine.

I've had this laptop for a year and have been mostly happy with it. Battery ok. Disappointed with mouse pad. Not sensitive. Use only with wireless mouse.

Works well for the college student looking to complete assignments/network/file share. May not be suitable for the gamer.

unbeatable price for this configuration. I had only concern of international warranty. But then the Laptop has no issues.

It has all the bells and whistles I need and it was relatively easy to setup. I was a little intimidated since I am use to Windows 7 and this is 10. Had to get some help from the Geek Squad who were super. Very patient and very helpful. The price was great.

The Geek squad added a solid state drive making it a much fast computer.

I purchased this particular laptop for its ease of use and features. I've owned Dells before and happy with performance.

I had conducted an online review of a number of laptops. When I arrived st the store, I learned that the price had increased on one of the two laptops that I was interested in. The other laptop was not in stock. It just so happened that this Dell was an "open box" item. It has all of the features that I wanted, plus it had a one TB hard drive (I was looking for 500 GB). I love everything about this laptop except the weight. It is heavier than the laptops that I was seeking.

I have been reading through so many reviews to find an inexpensive computer that could run Minecraft for my 9 year old. I came across this one and she loves it. Minecraft lags a little, but this does not bother her. She is able to do all the fun things on the computer that she wants. I know eventually I will have to get her a real gaming computer, but for now this is a perfect starter.

I got this laptop on sale in 259.99$. This is much more worth than money for given configurations and for personal use. Works pretty well and I liked all the features. I loved three finger swipe, 2 finger swipe features which used to be in MacBook only.

bought this product just for home use. haven't explored all the features yet. it's fast, though. pictures are clear.

the processor is fast enough for what i use it for, (not gaming). good video and sound quality and plenty of memory.

for being a 350+ dollar laptop I was disappointed by the keyboard not being lit but other than that product is great.
