After only a few months of mild use I started getting getting an error when I charged telling me my OEM charger was incompatible. So I plugged in another Dell charger (identical) and it said the same thing. I figured out that the charger port had moved 1/8th inch deeper inside the laptop. The chargers were fine...they just couldn't go deep enough to make proper contact. Not wanting to be without a laptop for god knows how long, I had to partially remove the laptop casing and jam the charger into a pryed-open PC to get it to charge. Looking at the port, you could see that it wasn't mounted with any kind of strength so it's no surprise that it moved. That is a significant DESIGN FAIL. Come on Dell !!!!!

Windows 10 is a challenge, but workable. I don't care for but it does everything I need it to do. You would be able to work most large projects and not have any problems. I like the pentium processer it has, runs pretty fast and you can run multiple programs at a time. I thought the price was somewhat reasonable but I haven't found a basic document preparation program so check that out otherwise you have to buy a word version.

It was gift for my son. So far no complaints from my son
