Fast powerful touchscreen. Plenty of storage and good battery life. Does alot on the go. Is not light weight and small.

This laptop is thinner than what I have previously bought. I like the weight and look of it. Keyboard and touch screen work well. The battery does not last as long as you would expect, and it seems to heat up quickly. Otherwise I am enjoying this new purchase.

Bought this on a Black Friday sale. Fantastic performance at a great price.

This laptop has a large and vivid screen, powerful processor and overall has excellent ease of use. I think it was a good investment for the price point and we are happy with the purchase.

Works well for the money and so far no issues. As others have noted the mechanical hard drive is a bit slow compared to solid state drives but for general computing and internet it's a good computer. The touch screen is handy.

this computer is good for college students. the only downfall is the battery life doesn’t last all that long. only reason for 4 stars

Nice laptop. I only use for email & browsing the web. The only thing that could be improved on is the battery life. But, I knew that going in and it isn't an issue for me. I just watch the icon and plug in when needed.

This computer was on the open box table and we received a considerable discount. It is an excellent computer. We love the touch screen and we love the keyboard. It is not a typical keyboard but is a much better designed one and the keys depress very nicely. We are ecstatic with our purchase and happy we got an upgraded computer for the price of an entry level one. Thank you Best Buy.

Love the laptop; hate the operating system, Windows 10. I've never had a computer before where I could not put a USB drive in and out without properly "ejecting" it in the Control Panel. If I use any type of external USB drive, unplug it and take it to another computer, everything I put on the drive on the laptop shows up in the directory but as soon as I click on the document, I get an error message that the file is missing or damaged and the files disappear from the directory list. So if you're using this laptop for portability of files, be sure to properly "eject" your USB devices in the control panel before removing them. I've never had this problem with any other operating system.

I bought 2 HP computers before I settled on this one. The HP's had an issue with the new Windows update. This computer is a good computer for my classwork and browsing the internet...great price

This laptop will serve basic functions. The left mouse button is very picky on recognition, it does get a little slow if you have a lot of things open. Touch screen is nice and works well.

Got this before Black Friday on sale & did not regret it at all. The sleek look & finish is great, adding touch screen & keyboard back light & faster than my HP laptop. I want to try this AMD Ryzen 5 & it did not disappoint. I am not an expert on laptop but owned Toshibas, HPs & Lenovos but this Dell laptop is the best so far. I will definitely recommend this model.

Terrific laptop, great speed and capacity, very pleased with purchase

This seems to be a very sturdy computer, I needed a quick replacement and this fit most of my wishes. It is larger than I wanted. (I didn't realize from the photo that it had a numeric keypad on the side. For some people, this would be an advantage but for me, it makes it bigger and heavier. It's the only reason I didn't give it 4 stars which may be unfair. I have not had any troubles with it working. I drag it around from room to room, it's been dropped several times, the cat sleeps on the keyboard whenever she can, and it keeps on ticking. I would recommend it to a friend IF they knew about the numeric keyboard and didn't mind extra size and weight.
