This is a great touch-screen laptop. The price was unbeatable too. The screen size is good and the laptop itself is light weight. It is very user friendly and easy to set up.

Basic Dell 15 inch LapTop with touch screen and I3 Intel processor. Four GB of ram and one tb hard drive. Works out of the box. They also included Office 365 and Anti-virus

Great deal on this computer. The specs are awesome for a beginner and home user. Touchscreen for easy windows 8/10 navigation, plenty storage and decent RAM and processor

After having a number of problems with my previous laptop, this one is a dream to use. It took a little time to get used to the touch screen but I really like it now.

I bought this for my parents, they are in their 60's.... It is so easy to use ....they love It! Touchscreen, so It is a perfect computer for them!

I looked over the reviews, asked friends & family what's a good laptop brand. Of course everyone had a different preference & or bad experience with one or another. I decided to get the Dell. Well from the start up it seemed a little inconsistent responding, I thought it was just my getting used to the touchscreen but 3 days later it would just keep rebooting. I returned to Best Buy to see what they can do. They checked it out & confirmed there was an internal problem. They gave me the option of exchange for another one, credit toward a different model or brand or a full refund, whatever I preferred. I decided on an exchange. This second one is working fine. Also windows 8.1 touchscreen does takes some getting used to but I like it. I do have the option of a free upgrade to windows 10 but will hold off because of the mixed reviews & bug issues. In closing it seems this is why. every brand has mixed reviews,(you could get a lemon). Best Buy was courteous & apologetic on this matter.

Great bang for your buck. Love the ease of the computer. A great tool to have if you are interested in having a touch screen non-tablet laptop

I got this for my son as a graduation gift. The price was good. Its Good for students but its heavy and bulky so itsgood to see the screen but if you need to carry its good to get a lightet less bulky model. Its easy to use and so far its been compatible with general student needs.

Like Touch screen option when not using mouse $ user friendly for the most part! UnderstandWindows 10 will be available shortly.

Great laptop. Good price, good performance, very portable.

I had to switch to windows 8 and it certainly has a learning curve. Some things I really like better. The computer seems to be slower than the Acer I had. It don't seems to be as easy to find things. I am hoping it an issue of just getting more familiar with it.

just starting an online business, and seems to be able to handle all my needs so far. keyboard feels nice, the touch screen works great, battery life good; the mouse seems to have sunken in the top left corner but is still working. no other issues so far.

This laptop is exactly what I need. It is light weight and very easy to use. Touch screen works excellent.

Computer is good for the price. Kinda looks cheap though but work fantastic I would recommend this laptop

I recently purchased the Dell-Inspiron 15.6" laptop and it has more then exceeded my expectations. I love the screen size so that I can watch movies, Netflix, etc. while on the road or at home. The best part was of course the price tag. I highly recommend this laptop, expecially for the price.

Great computer for the price, however the touch screen is extremely sensitive. It cracked after 3 weeks of my purchase. So I suggest purchasing the geek squad protection (unlike I did) for the extra 100 dollars.

The touchscreen laptop is so easy to use. I love being able to quickly swipe up or down to move between screens. It great to use the screen instead of the touch pad. It does exactly what I needed it to do.

its very easy to use at first couldn't get the hang of it but once u knw how to use very easy I like it..still got to learn lots of new things but im liking it a lot.. will like if it had a manual with it

I like the touch screen combination. Size & weight is great for carrying around.

Was easy to set up, except for the Kaspersky. Only took 15 minutes. Easy to get used to the touch screen & the functions of the laptop. Wish I could take some classes on some of the apps though.
