Nice computer for the price does everything I need it too an lots of space..

had some problems with the office bundle but went back and geek squad helped me get going. fast and the touch screen takes a little getting used to but I am really satisfied with the product

Difficult to find downloads and info added to computer. Operating system not real user friendly. Love the touchscreen capability! Online and download speed good. Overall, great computer!

Nice and lightweight piece BUT MUCH SLOWER than my 5yr old HP. At least I got a very good price. Still I keep missing my old laptop

This is a good, well priced computer for what I need to do. I use it for my personal email, banking, some record keeping and to store my pictures. Works fine for me!!

I bought this computer for my daughter for college. She loves everything but indicated the its too wide and wished the keyboard was smaller. She loves the touchscreen!!

Awesome 1TB space. One thing I'm not crazy about the laptop is a bit slow. Other than that it completes all my laptop needs.

Works fine for most needs, not a gaming computer. Not crazy about the bundled software since the office suite is online instead of resident on the hard drive though.

This was my mom's first laptop purchase and it has been a great laptop. She loves the option of using the keyboard or the touch screen. It is easy to use and navigate. Great computer for the money.

I thought I wanted a Dell touch screen laptop so I bought this one. I play games at times and it would not play my favorite game. The store is about 2 hours from home but I took it back in a couple days and their Tech Guy told me it was because I had not updated the programming. So he did it while I was there. Still no luck. So they exchanged it. That evening, the new one did the same thing. So I took it back the next day, same results in the store. I was once again told it was my fault. They were going to exchange it again but when another new one right out of the box failed to work, I switched to a Non touch screen, another brand. I took it home and it works fine. If you want a good laptop, but want to play games, don't get this one. And don't count on the "Geek Squad" to help you out. They want to blame you for a laptop not working, even though 3 of them didn't work, it was still my fault that every one they pulled out of the box was bad. Nothing was said about my inconvenience of driving so many trips to get something corrected, they didn't care about that, not their issue.

Very good brand name computer with very good attributes at a very reasonable price. Windows 8.1 takes some getting used to but the computer works fine.

Have to say this is a beast of a machine. Got it on an open box deal and no regrets so far. I actually swept it up in the middle of the night from the Union square store which I have to say is a techy's dream - a 24 hour electronics store. For those midnight projects that need a boost of life this is your place.

Nice computer for price. Meets my needs. Replaced amd processor, Windows vista. It also came with a DVD drive and as slot which is a plus these days

This laptop is very responsive and does tasks very quickly. The touch screen works nicely, The i3 processor is faster than you think. Nice procuct.

purchased for my son going off to college, with the 1TB and it came with office as well as security package it was hard to pass up the deal.

This is a great deal for not only a laptop, but a touch screen laptop, witch is an easy transition since everything is touch screen now

I am a former Windows 7 user, so this new program is a bit confusing with the app screen. It took me about a day to get accustomed to it. I find whenever I get stuck on a screen that if I swipe from the right hand side of the screen, it brings me the options to get back to the app page. From there I can get back to my desktop. I'm surprised it's not as user friendly as I had hoped it would be. Also, the app page uses Windows apps, not Android, so some of the normal apps I use on my phone are not an option for this computer.

This laptop is good enough for a student. Will browse internet pretty quickly and can run Microsoft Office but not much else. My major complaint is that the number 2 key is stuck somehow. Took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and they told me that I would need to contact Dell. Dell told me that I would need to send it to them and that I would receive it fixed in 7-21 business days. Glad I don't need it for day to day business.

Great 2 in 1 to begin with. Brand new so still responds quickly. Not too fond of the Internet security it came with, Kasperkey.

For a first timer I would say . Go to Best buy and let the sales people help they really did for me. Also get the geek squad for 24/7 support. They are so helpful and do not make you feel like a idiot.. I love my Dell and the touch screen is the best. Thanks Annie O'Bryan.
