My first time buying a Dell laptop and i was impressed. Easy to use and very reliable.

Although there is a large learning curve, this laptop has met my expectations so far.

I purchased 2 laptop, one for my and another for my nephew for his graduation from High School.Very easy to setup and has a lot of features for the price. Also it can be upgrade with more memory for a cheap price.

I was looking for a laptop of decent configuration and screen size and of Dell. Dell laptops are very sturdy and stable, hence they sell so much in corporate. This laptop has all the power and style at the same time. I wish I could get a deal in 14" too. 15" laptops are little bulky to carry and ultimately become like home PC. But I think I got a good deal and the machine is all working fine.

My 8 year old Dell couldn't meet my needs any longer. This is a nice little machine for the price and for the intended use. My husband commandeered it the second day I had it. Will probably get another for him.

This laptop is excellent in design and easy to use. My large fingers typically tend to hit two keys at the same time while typing, but not so much with the keyboard on this laptop. Keys are spaced well and typing is easy. I'm not crazy about the touch screen (I don't like the fingerprints where I'm trying to look and the constant cleaning, but that's may be more age related, since I've not been young for several years). As a long-time Vista user I'm not thrilled with Microsoft 8.1 as I find it cumbersome with too many extra and unnecessary steps in navigation but that may be my own lack of understanding/experience of the operating system. Other than the operating system I highly recommend this Dell Inspiron 15 laptop to anyone.

It is very easy for my daughter to use she knows how to go through screens easy.

Am very satisfied with the Dell computer I recently purchased from Best Buy. Its smart looking, light in weight, easy to use, fast, has a touch screen and powerful. I would buy another Dell in the future.

Im not computer savvy..the only thing I don't like is using windows 8 but it has nothing to do with the laptop itself. The keyboard is a full keyboard with the full number panel for the right hand plus the number keys along the top of the keyboard which is nice. I could do without the touch screen but that's what technology has become nowadays. It's fast for what I use it for.

Side number location is important to me since I work with spreadsheets a lot . Touch screen option is a plus. It also came with a Microsoft Office package. I would definitely recommend this product.

Touch screen is great. Screen size is perfect and weight is very light!

Great value! Has easy to type keyboard and brilliant screen display. Long battery life. Lightweight. Plus service from Geek Squad was superb for transfer of old files from my previous computer.

I don't like this new setup of the keyboards at all!! And I absolutely HATE Windows 8!!!! This computer has ran slow since the first time I used it. Looks like I will be having to hire someone to help me figure a few things out on here because I have looked everywhere & still can't figure it out.

love the touch screen and the memory capacity. Easy for teens to use.

I really like this laptop. Only flaw...keyboard is a little too flat.

Good computer for what I needed, a little slow but good over all
