I am overall happy with this computer. It has a little too much going on for my preference. It goes to sleep to quickly and I hate that I have to log in all the time when it goes to sleep. I haven't been able to dig in and find how to change these settings. Kind of annoying but whatever- you get what you pay for.

The computer works well but the touchpad is too sensitive and touchkeys do not always work. The one piece design of touchpad and touchkeys as one piece seems to be the problem. The keyboard is also not as responsive to typing. Does not stay connected to the Internet but this may be a Windows 10 issue instead.

I bought this laptop for my daughter. It's light weight, has enough memory to sustain her for a while (she is entering 8th grade), and was a great price.

Of course it took some getting use to, but I would not trade it for any other. I have had mostly HP PCs and I have used Mac and Toshiba. I love the DELL!

Although we are still getting used to the differences between our last laptop which was an HP, we have found the Dell very user friendly and easy to navigate. There are many features which we have not yet utilized, and we are anxious to continue learning and become proficient with all the device offers.

We purchased a laptop for doing really basic things like e-mail, shopping, travel reservations and general "google" type activities. There are no plans to use this laptop for games or extensive video streaming. The laptop has performed very well for these activities and is a good value for the price.

Bought this as a gift for my nephew who is going to college.it is a basic laptop that performs everything that a student needs from his first lap top for academic work and entertainment. The bundle of MS Office along with security software offers more value for money. My nephew is very happy.

I have never had a laptop so it is taking some getting used to. Overall I think it will be a great piece of equipment and trust the Dell brand.

Nice large screen. Love that it's touch screen. Easy to set up and start using. I take it everywhere.

The set-up was pretty simple. I absolutely love the touch screen for easy scrolling. I would recommend this and the price was in my budget.

I bought this for college and its bee awesome. I honestly didn't think I'd like the touch screen but honestly that's been the best feature!

Easy to run right out of the box, loved that Office and antivirus came with it. We have had it for 3 months and not a hitch so far.

The computer is slim and nice looking. It functions really well and easy to set up. It has some really neat features. Great buy.
