It's pretty dang good for the price, but I definitely wouldn't have paid more. The touch screen doesn't work sometimes. Other times the mouse disappears and won't come up so you have to use the touch have screen which is frustrating. Processing power isn't very strong but it gets the job done. Overall it's slightly above average.

Great price for a solid laptop. Mainly used for everyday use, browsing, shopping, emails, documents, etc. Touchscreen is a plus and had a CD Drive is a plus

It's is a great computer I use it for light gaming and normal online uses such as email and browsing. The touch screen is a pretty cool feature to have.

The first fellow I talked to recommended one twice as expensive. The second time, I spoke with a girl and she recommended one which was half the price of the other and it perfectly meets my needs. Glad I didn't listen to the first guy. I talked to a high tech friend on the phone and he said to go with the lesser one.

Very fast, nice touchscreen, DVD ROM drive, 3 usb ports and 6 Gigs of RAM. Great laptop for the price. You can do a lot of work with this machine.

I bought Dell not because the name brand it' is great price and performance can't beat once you find great P&P price and performance combination.

I bought this laptop at a great price and love it so far. The touch screen feature is great and the computer is easy to get used to. It doesn't come with Microsoft Office- you need to purchase it separately. Battery life is great. Overall I am happy with this laptop and hope to get many years use out of it.

This is my first laptop, had a dell desktop before which had XP. I did all my research before making my decision & it wasn't easy to know if I was making the right decision. I made the right decision. This has everything, Windows 10 (which was easy to adjust to from an XP), touch screeen (I use occasionally), cd/dvd, camera & a full number keyboard. I do a lot of resumes so I needed to update desperately. I am still getting to know a few things like Cortana, but it's very user friendly. I got a wireless mouse, so for me this works better.

My 9 year old is in 4th grade and starting to write papers online. The computer has enough speed and memory to research topics online, and can hold the apps he needs to show creativity in his projects. It's touch screen, which he loves and he is able to watch some of his favorite shows on it as well.d

Happy with this laptop. Was very easy to get started using. Just need to get used to the new Windows platform - I wish Microsoft would just pick a format and stick with it for a few years instead of trying to "enhance" their product all the time. That only makes us have to re-learn how to use things instead of having it be familiar and easy-to-navigate.

This was a great purchase. For my first laptop purchase this has all the tools I need. Very fast and the touch screen is a great option.

I love the portability of the laptop and Dell seems to be a good starter for the transition from desktop.

This is a well featured laptop, suitable for most home uses. The touchscreen looks good, and it has an integrated 10-key. The layout and spacing of the keyboard could be improved. Overall, we are very happy with the laptop and do not consider it a compromise as it offers a lot of bang for the buck.

Bought for my son's birthday. He almost didn't get it, as it's better than my current laptop. Lot's of features at a great price point.
