Though it has some flaws this laptop is perfect in every way shape form and fashion with its 6 gb of memory and 1 tb of storage its perfect for work small games like minecraft and Team Fortress 2 on mid to low settings. Its terabyte storage will hold a variety of things from word documents to family pictures. Though its outer shell isnt pretty touch screen can be iffy and using more browsers than Microsoft Edge can be difficult sometimes, its the ideal laptop for the ideal person

Very fast, love Windows 10. I spent a lot of time researching a new computer, and this one has a lot of excellent features for the price. I really enjoy the touch screen.

My wife & I were looking for an inexpensive touchscreen laptop (Windows 10) with good storage & decent memory to replace our outdated HP & Samsung laptops. This model had all the features for what use it for, its only for personal use,web surfing, emailing, itunes, burning CD/DVD's - nothing too demanding. It has good speakers for watching movies or streaming music. The price was nice, barely over $300.00 each, we bought two and have no regrets.

I needed a home and basic work computer and this computer has exceeded my expectations thus far. The touch screen is very responsive, the processor is quick and I have no problems running multiple applications with 6GB RAM. This computer is sleek, light and absolutely perfect for my needs!

Love the touch screen on this laptop. Does a good job for the price. The only thing I don't like about it is I can't find a way to put the number lock so it stays on all the time. Getting used to the new windows 10.
Great computer for a small price. Has wonderful battery life. If your looking for a touch screen at a very good price this is the computer for you.

I bought this laptop for my son because of the space and memory and touch screen features. I find it to be a great computer for business. But here is his take on it: the computer works well for casual games, nothing too big, and so far I've had very few problems with it. Just don't download too much stuff at one sitting.

I wanted a touchscreen computer with a DVD player. I have been researching for a touchscreen for ~1 year, and this was the best deal I have found ($379).
Pros: good price, touchscreen is nice, has a numeric keypad.
Cons: touchpad scrolling sometimes doesn't work (but that's where the touchscreen comes in handy), the DVD player has been really buggy.
Within a couple of weeks of purchasing, the DVD drive disappeared from "My Computer" and the DVD wasn't playing, so I can't force-start the DVD to play. Geek Squad said that apparently DVD players in Windows 10 computers are glitchy. This has been my biggest disappointment since this was the only reason I decided to go with a regular computer vs a 2-in-1, thus the 4 vs 5 star. I just installed VLC, based on Geek Squad's recommendation. Waiting to see if it'll help with the DVD problem.
But, overall, I think it's a good computer.

I bought this Dell laptop for my daughter who is in middle school. She needs it for her home work and other school projects. At less than $400, this laptop is a very good choice for her, it is fast, touch screen and has 1TB hard drive. It doesn't come with software though. And it is still kind of heavy to be real portable.

Seems to be a good laptop at an affordable price. You can also add a few upgrades that are pretty cheap to make this even better.

By no means is this some crazy, powerful computer. But, it is pretty amazing for the price. It has a solid, low-priced processor, plenty of storage, and an okay amount of RAM that is expandable to 16GB. The touch-screen is cool, since Windows 10 is so interactive.

For anyone needing a good computer and wanting to purchase with minimal investment this is a great fit for You. We needed a computer to run our cloud based management software that is more PC friendly than apple friendly. We also wanted to stay under $500 so we didn't have to depreciate the computer on our books. This computer hit the target on everything we were looking for. Fast. PC. Under $500. Reliable. Good storage. I could go on and on.

Bought this as a low cost replacement for my aging windows7 machine. Much, much faster. I like the touch screen/windows10 options. No complaints so far. A bit large/heavy for heavy travel, but fine for a laptop you keep home most the time.

My rating reflects the product ability for the cost. It is good for what you pay. It has DVD incase needed, AC networking, 6 gig ram with large hard drive. It does have Touchscreen though if you like that. Bought it for my dad and he loves it over his 3 year old Dell. Much faster and Windows 10. I personally would want a faster version but I am on an HP Core i7 with SSD and 8g RAM; so not much comparison. However, I would recommend this if all you do is email, browsing and it's even good for audio while working. Streams Netflix and Youtube fine also but is not Full HD.

Purchased this laptop for my mother in law who is not very tech savy, but can get around a notebook with some ease. Very functional and user friendly. As I sell technology for a living, I trust the Dell brand and the machines are of good quality, usually a step up from what is sold in Walmart or Sams club for some reason. A touch Win 10 laptop at sub $400 is a great price if you just need a Windows based machines to surf the web, read email and do basic Office suite stuff.
