Product works as advertised. It has the capacity, memory and speed we were looking for, without too many bells and whistles.

My son is in college. This was a perfect upgrade over a clunky old Toshiba laptop. It is super fast and meets his needs. He's not into gaming so I can't comment on whether this model is suitable for that use. Considering the price point, I'd guess it isn't.

Bought this during a FLASH sale a few days ago. The screen has great resolution and the keyboard is very comfortable and it is fast! The 1TB hard drive will come in handy for storing scientific data.

Easy to use with keyboard and mouse, or touch screen. Print o n monitor crystal clear. Had a desk top before this laptop and wasn't sure that I would like the laptop as opposed to the desk top. But, I think it was a good idea. It's lightweight and portable.

this laptop replaced an older Dell. The speed is good and the keyboard layout is good. I'm a creature of habit and still haven't gotten used to the touch screen yet - I tend to forget about it. I mainly use it for email, internet, facebook and a few games. Nothing that involves intense processing. Every now and then, I'll watch a movie from iTunes or Amazon and haven't noticed any issues with it.

My grand daughter found it easy to use she took it from me and started looking up her home work at school with no problems

For basic home use, this is a great device to have. Don't expect to run any software that requires a lot of processing or graphical power, but it works great for record-keeping and casual gaming.

I was looking to buy a laptop with a price cap and a good configuration. This laptop fits my requirements perfectly.

It is easy to use and figure out. I'm sure there is tons of stuff it can do if I took the time. I like it. No complaints

Purchased this item as a last minute item. I opted to get the 6 GB version instead of the of 4GB version but the laptop is too heavy for me to carry around and the keyboard is so sensitive that I have to constantly resize the window screen every time I type something. It is a reasonably priced laptop but I would wait for a lighter one with a faster processor to come down in price in the future.

Great product, bought as an open box and the unit was super clean..

Mostly I use this computer in my office, but when traveling or going to clients for appointments it is serving well. It is a little large, but that was my error in selection. I do enjoy the features it has and my assistant utilizes the touch screen.

I love the computer when I first bought it open box it was missing a screw for the dvd drive but I replaced it the same day and ever since the computer has given me no problems I use it for gaming and school mostly and it runs smooth with no issues

Good laptop for the cost. I did have a few issues early on but they were fixed.

I'm doing okay with the touchscreen laptop but I'm not too familiar with Windows 10 and it's a little hard right now.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It replaced an Asus which was much slower and not as good as the Dell appears to be.
