I have had this Laptop for over a month. This a great computer for internet use. It loads internet pages pretty quick and easy to navigate. The app features are the ones you receive on all other similar Laptop. The one feature this laptop has that overs do not is the touch screen feature. You can open and close apps and web pages like you were using a phone or a tablet. The price is perfect for someone who wants a solid laptop for a great price. Highly recommended.

I bought this laptop for general use. While I am satisfied with the overall performance of it, the keyboard feels cheaply made and the mouse pad is not always accurate. Bought a wireless mouse to combat that problem. The laptop was overall a good buy for the price. I am just more satisfied with the customer service offered by Best Buy and the Geek Squad!

I bought this computer on a recommendation from an employee. I went in looking for an inexpensive laptop to do small business work on. I had already grabbed another model and was headed towards the door. The employee stopped and told me about this computer and i am glad she did because it was only $50 difference and this computer does what i need and more. I have had no issues connecting it to my other computers or my network and it runs very smooth. I like the fact that it has touchscreen and has the numeric keyboard.

OK computer. I only buy DELL for whatever reason. I'm not a big fan of manufacturers changing things. What was wrong with a single finger scroll from the side of the touch pad? Now it's a 2 finger scroll any where on touch pad. Takes some getting used to. I still can't get the settings right for the touch pad to appeal to me. Touch screen works better than touch pad but if I wanted to do that I would use my tablet. I really like Windows 10 and if my last Dell Inspiron would have upgraded successfully to Windows 10 I wouldn't be reviewing this new laptop. It's OK but I liked previous DELL laptops better.

This is a laptop and tablet together. I love the touch screen. The only negative I have is the fact there is no internal DVD drive.

We bought this for my daughter for her 13th birthday. So happy we chose this laptop, we had bought a different one (hp) and it would connect to the Internet one day but then wouldn't connect the next. We promptly took it back to BestBuy and they were AMAZING! They let us return the hp laptop and let us upgrade to the Dell. There was no arguing or haggling, they were more concerned with our satisfaction! This is the reason I will continue to purchase everything I can from BestBuy! They stand behind their products and always makes sure the customer is happy! My daughter absolutely loves this laptop. It's super fast and does everything she wants and more, plus she thinks it's super cool.

We bought this Dell laptop for our teenaged daughter, whose previous laptop turned coward, giving up the ghost after only a couple drop-kicks across the living room, one visit to a filled bathtub and four or five accidental whacks with a 10-lb. mallet. The new Dell unit has plenty of memory to run the mindless videos and other junk she watches (I say that with love) and the touch-screen is pretty handy. Our daughter is happy, and isn't that what it's all about?

I purchased this for my daughter to replace an old laptop she used for school work. After reviewing several others, this one offered the most memory, HD space, and similar screen size...only with touch screen. Setup was very easy and several months in, zero problems.

Got this for son for college. Very fast, reliable, light, graphics are wonderful. Likes using touch screen along with keyboard. Touch screen very responsive. Was worried it was too flimsy but has held up really well. Battery lasts quite a few hours when fully charged.

I got this bad boy on a great discount and couldn't be happier with the memory, speed and touchscreen. I couldn't be more pleased!

A no nonsense laptop for everyday needs. plenty of speed, memory, and storage to get the job done. HDMI output to connect display to your TV. Touchscreen makes people envious and navigation a breeze. I doubt you'll find a better computer at this price point.

this laptop is easy to turn on and use, I would recommend this to others

Needed to replace an aging hp for my wife and this had enough bells and whistles to keep her happy. Touchscreen, ram, hd space, and wireless all work well. Surf's the web and allows her to email which was the goal. Will not try to run as a gaming laptop,but bang for the buck hard to top. Best buy did have it for 100 less than i paid a couple of weeks later but wouldn't price match.

This is a great computer. Lots of storage, an a fast processor. I have owned a Dell for many years. I would totally recommend it!!

Laptop easy to use. I like everything about it. didn't cost an arm and a leg. Good deal for the price. The sound is terrific.
