I was looking for a laptop, this one was suggested to me by the sales associate to keep my price low and quality high. I was using it to store pictures and basic needs, it fulfills these.

I bought this as a gift as a replacement for the one she had. This was the perfect lineup as a replacement. Plenty of memory and speed for her school work. She has enjoyed ever since.

New computer works a lot faster than the old one & as I get used to the touch screen it save a lot of time, Windows 10 is much better than Vista & we now have it one all three computers.

For the money does everything I need in secondary laptop

Was worried the i3 wouldn't be fast enough for video, but it works great. Big, clear, bright screen - LOVE the touchscreen functionality. The ten-key number pad is a huge bonus for me as I use it for my home business and I'm keying numbers in all the time. Would recommend to anyone as a very good option for an entry-level machine.

This is a great entry level PC, and by entry level I don't mean its slow! the i3 kicks a lot of speed, and I don't notice any slow downs at all! I wouldn't game with this PC, but everything else flies with it. Internet browsing, e-mail, youtube, online games, etc. All work great! High quality machine at an affordable price!

I wanted a small light weight laptop to replace a laptop and desk top computer. My limit was $300 to $350. I spotted this Dell laptop earlier online but it was $399. When I received email ad that it was on sale, I went to Best Buy with ad plus coupon for free setup. I like Windows 10 & the touch screen. Size is perfect.

After many years, it was time to upgrade my wife's laptop. Her machine was a Dell, so we started there. For $299 we got a replacement with a touch screen, just the thing for Windows 10. While we miss the lighted keyboard, the touch screen and sharper imags make up for it. Cannot go wrong for this price.

Laptop is great. Touchscreen is great. I do slight gaming on it I play Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare it does a great job with that. Other then that I use it to watch movies, netlfix, use the internet, and email. Good item for the price.

For the price this has been a great laptop for my family and I. I haven’t had any issues with it.

It's very handy for my kids, I have one in middle school and the other in high school. Reliable for book reports and lots of other school work. And of course they like downloading music. And games

Bought this laptop for $349, and it is well worth the price. With the touch screen function and lightweight feel it makes it well worth the purchase.

This computer is doing everything I want it to do. I read the reviews and went by them. The price that I bought this computer was good for the specifications. It gets online fast and without any problems. I do have a small glitch in it that happens every once in while. Sometimes when I turn it on and get ready to use the keypad mouse or a mouse the cursor won't stay, the cursor parks itself in one place and won't let me do anything. I turn off the computer and wait about 5 minutes, when I turn it back on it's working perfect. Overall, I recommend this computer.

love the touch screen and the slim shape, great product by Dell

The only fault I could find was the lack of a manual to help me understand the edge system. Once I figured it out I was extremely happy with it.

Recently on March 28, I bought a Dell Inspiron laptop. Although BestBuy.com failed twice to accomplish my online order, I could buy the laptop in the West McAllen Best Buy Store. This lap is working in a good condition as far as today. In the BestBuy web page, the description says that this item does not have a built-in DVD/CD drive. However, for my surprise when I opened the box, the laptop comes with an integrated DVD/CD internal drive! At this time I'm experiencing some problems to install on it the Cubase 5 program. I mean, some virtual musical instruments and a few plug-ins are not working at all but I hope to solve this problem. Also, sometimes the laptop has been disconnected from the WiFi, although my signal is strong. In general, this laptop is working in a very good shape. I think, it worths every dollar I paid for it.

The laptop is pretty good. It comes with Windows 10, a decently fast processor, plenty of RAM, and a touchscreen. I almost missed it on the shelf when I was looking at other models. The problem is the same with basically all commercially available computers: bundled software, aka "bloat." This computer had plenty of programs running on it out of the box that are not needed, don't add value, steal the computer's speed, and are difficult to remove cleanly. I had to download a clean copy of Windows from Microsoft directly & install it myself. That is the main reason why I'm giving it 3 stars. This garbage has to stop.
