I bought this computer for my father, an elderly man, who needed a simple, easy-to-use computer for surfing the web, creating and sending letters and files, etc. This computer works great for that purpose, because it has the touch screen feature for ease-of-use for him, as well as a nice big screen. Plenty of power and storage capacity. Very happy with it.

Excellent laptop for school! Fast but battery drain quick

I bought this laptop for my older parents. They only need it to do their finances, check email and surf the web, and this laptop was a perfect fit for their needs. What is interesting is that the touch screen has been a huge help for them (as they tend to touch the screen anyway); they have found it to be more helpful than the mouse!

This laptop has great functionality and features. The size is a bit larger than we were expecting, even knowing the dimensions. The setup of this laptop was easy and straightforward, which is always appreciated. A bit large for using away from a hard surface, but overall a great purchase!

I use this laptop for work to log in remotely. It works very well and is efficient. I failed to realize that it does NOT have a CD player but that is my own mistake for not reading into that. However, you can plug in an attachment and it works great! The touchscreen is the best.

Caught this laptop on a holiday sale for 299.00. I have to say the difference in solid state drive and mechanical hard drive is unbelievable. This pc reboots quick. It does not have an optical drive but I have an external that I use. I’ve been watching to see if this pc goes on sale again I’m going to buy the wife one.

I love this touch screen laptop it is very user friendly. Sleek design by Dell. Soft touch keyboard buttons. Great picture quality. I also got the Geek Squad package deal. They set everything up for me including my new printer. I also have their services for one full year if I need them. Gives me peace of mind.

My son uses this computer for homework and some fornite battles. the computer is a little bit dim, and that is the only reason it gets a 4 star. but for the price to get an i3 processor and touch screen. This is a great value and perfect for what it was purchased for.

Got this computer as a gift for my grandson. It is just what he wanted. He was not looking for a gaming computer, but one that would handle the everyday tasks he needs to take care of. He is very pleased with it. Plenty of speed for his needs. He thinks it is perfect.

Bought this for my grandson to use for homework and for playing Fortnight. He absolutely loves it! Says the graphics are great and loves the touch screen. He is 15 and lives across the country from me. FaceTimed me on it to show me how great it was last week.

Great computer for the money. I love the large screen and it suits me for everything I need when it comes to business use. The only thing that is a draw back the keyboard does not light up. Operationally great and perfect size memory space for normal Home use.

I got this as a Christmas gift for myself and am very happy with my purchase. The price was great at $299.99 and shipping was fast as well. For normal use, some online shopping and emailing this laptop is great. It has a touchscreen and boots up fast.

I got this laptop for $300 on Black Friday. For the specs with a touchscreen, it was a really good deal. The only problem is though it feels very poorly made. I wasn't expecting top quality for the price, but it just seems like they went the cheapest route. And the 128gb SSD drive doesn't leave much usable space with all the other junk loaded on there. The lack of a backlit keyboard when I got so accustomed to one was a bit of a bummer too. If you're not looking for a lot of frills and aren't doing much more than just going online to check email, pay bills, etc. it gets the job done.

I researched a lot of the computer or available and I'm not saying this was the best one for a college student they liked him as it was easy to use and was just perfect for what they needed

Perfect price and capability for what I need. Good keyboard and 10 key on this model. Very sharp.

Good genersl machine for the price with fast solid state hard drive and top in Intel(i3) class processor. I will be looking to upgrade the RAM. Great Advice from BB Manager.

I have always loved Dell machines. This one has not disappointed. Good screen size and lightweight and hence easy to carry around.

I used one of these for my work and liked it alot that I bought one for personal use. Its durable, looks nice and performa great. And touch screen is a plus!

If you need to get a laptop computer, this is the best one to get. It's got the perfect size screen and it's a touch screen too! Great for taking with you.
