Best laptop I have had in ages, at a very good price

This PC was on sale when I purchased it. I've had not problems with it.

Fresh out of the box and guess what...could not even boot, the QR code tells me to replace the hard drive. It will be replaced for free by Best Buy. Hello, do you really think that I am going to go for the replacement....I am on my way to return....Bye Bye Best Buy....sure I will think twice before buying an item on sale at Best Buy.

The entire system crashed after 3 months. Don't buy

This Dell Inspiron laptop was an excellent buy for my daughter to take off to college. Price point was very reasonable. It has good speed, storage and memory; plus it also has the touchscreen feature which comes in handy!

Whomever said the downloads to set up this laptop were slow had a slow router or didn't know what they were talking about. I picked up this little baby yesterday, and had it set up with McAfee, Webroot and MS Office within ten minutes! Piece of cake... easiest computer I ever set up. I am a Software Implementations Consultant. I went right to work on this laptop today. I typically run about ten windows of Internet Explorer, including MS Outlook, 3-4 locally run IE Windows (including Webex, LogMeIn, etc.), and a Citrix desktop including Remote Desktop, Windows Explorer and IE, all day, every day, for my work. I also run Word, Excel and Windows Explorer locally at the same time. I keep my laptop buzzing, is what I'm saying. No issues at all; this laptop with 8g RAM is fast as heck. I haven't even gotten into the touch screen yet.. awesome feature. My favorite thing (besides the speed of the machine) is the super quiet keyboard. I type super fast and hard. This keyboard is nice under my fingers. The internal hard drive storage... another thing I will enjoy over time, with my 7500 songs or whatever work I choose to throw on there. For 349?? You kidding? Scoop this up for work, school or play. I got $50 off on sale. $399 -> $349. So happy! You know reviews.. the less ppl know an area, the more they complain. Welcome to IT. Anyway, I can't see a reason to spend more. This is it.

Bought this for my brother and updated the ram to 16GB immediately. Runs well, no lag. Touch screen is effective and video streaming seamless on a good WiFi connection. Great price on a Best But Sale. Would definitely buy again. Great for everything from surfing, emails, movies and my brother mostly uses it for trading on line which required a fast stable platform. This works perfectly.

Bought this computer to replace 5 year old laptop. Was easy to set up ad have been happy with it so far. Only one glitch so would definitely recommend for the money if you are only using for simple home projects.

This laptop isn't the fastest or flashiest but for the price it gets the job done. The touchscreen is convenient and the speed is comparable to most other computers in its category. Definitely a good value for the price.

I needed a laptop quickly for my daughter who lives in Ohio. We found this Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop online and was impressed with the specs and the price. I was able to order the laptop online from Colorado and my daughter picked it up at the store in Columbus within 2 hours. Ordering from DELL would have taken over a week. The laptop is perfect for my daughters school work, not too heavy, and easy to fit in an oversized purse. The speed of the laptop is perfect, and configuration was very simple and quick. I highly recommend this laptop for college students or anyone looking for a no hassle and cost effective solution.

I was under the impression that a laptop needed to cost $1000+ to be worth buying. As I searched reviews, this one kept showing up at $349 with great comments and high stars. Decided to take a shot, and I'm so glad! I easily loaded MS Office. I use this laptop for documents, spreadsheets, internet research, budgeting, streaming music, social media, pretty much whatever I need. Bought it in September, and in the three months I've had it I have yet to be disappointed with performance or speed.

I am very happy with the Dell Laptop. Not normally a Dell customer but wanted something for only pictures and this laptop will fill the need very nicely. The storage space, speed and the touch screen make it nice to work on pictures without being distracted with other work to do on the computer. The Dell Laptop is only for PICTURES I am able to organize, edit and move pictures around nicely.

I was purchasing a new MacBook Air for myself and came across this on sale. My wife was having issues with her work provided laptop and this was a perfect laptop for her to have. The size was great for her, the storage was more than enough, and being a touchscreen laptop was the icing on the cake for her. She absolutely loves it!

I owned Dell computers years ago and said I would never own 1 again, when my lap top died ( different brand ) I went to get a new 1, I told them what I was looking for and they said Dell had what I was looking for for a great price. I am so happy I get a Dell, they have come a long way. Fast and easy to use

My previous laptop’s charging port quit working and as I was looking for a new job I needed a new on right away. I had just gotten back from out of the country the night before and should NOT have been shopping for anything as I was exhausted and had jet lag. I basically walked into Best Buy and said “i’ll Take that one” figuring I could return it if I didn’t like it. As the computer was definitely low cost I was not expecting much but have been very impressed. Is it the fastest computer?....no. But fast enough for my needs which are basically surfing the net, Using word and e-mails and pictures. Was not sure I would but LOVE the touch screen! Only thing that I really don’t like is the mouse/curser which jumps every time I try to click on something. Overall great laptop for the price and happy with my purchase!

I bought it bc price vs. memory, more memory than other pc's in that price range..seems each time I purchase a pc you need more and more memory, so got more memory each time..seems like a good little pc, like the browser and easy to use, so good to go, not a gamer, just typical pc user..

Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop works really well. It is definitely an upgrade from my previous laptop. It runs smoothly and is fast. I like that it doubles as a touch screen but it almost seems pointless since it doesn't detach. Overall, it's a great laptop!
