It's been about a week and I've been pleased so far with the computer. A little heavier than I anticipated but it's not a big deal as I'm primarily using as a desktop replacement with less need for mobility.

It does what I want it to do... It might not have the capacity and speed of a higher priced laptop, but I don't need all the bells and whistles to basically just stream stuff, which it does just fine!

This is my wife's laptop. So far she is happy with this product. We considered other brands but she wanted to go with Dell. It is a good choice for her. She is using it for work as she is a teacher.

My Husband and I needed a new laptop to be able to enjoy our weekly family ZOOM meetings. Since the pandemic, we have bi-weekly family get-togethers - 5 different states, and from East to West.

This is a nice laptop. I like the matte finish. The speed is good for my basic needs. I'll have to get a cd drive eventually but that's the only drawback I can think of. This was a good buy overall!

After having dealt with my last laptop, which was NOT a Dell and gave me many issues, I am so glad to be back with a solid Dell product. Works great, looks great, keeps me working on the go. Perfect.

Love this Dell computer. It handles everything I need in keeping up with work issues as well as handling everyday needs like checking my email, shopping on line and keeping up with worldwide news.

If you're looking for a budget friendly laptop with a lot of storage this is it. The graphics aren't great, actually pretty poor, but it is what it is.

Got it for basic internet use while sitting in front of the TV. So don’t need lots of features and I leave it in safe mode. Does its job well. Much faster start up and power down than my old laptop.

I think all computers are just ok. I worked on a lot of buildings that dealt with computer in Silicone Valley and they could be made better so they can't be hacked but the computer companies don't care.

This was a great deal! I thought it would be hard munuvering around since I have only used my Android phone for about 4 years to browse the internet, but I quickly picked up with all the totuials.

This laptop was purchased as a replacement for one that's REALLY old, so all of the features are quite an upgrade. So far it's been easy to use, fast, and good quality screen display and camera.

Great product. My last laptop was purchased 10 years ago. This Dell laptop is more advanced and has more features. I had to go through a new learning process to use it effectively.

Use this for work , loved it so much I bought a spare for home use! Full size 10 key numeric pad, SSD hard drive, means it boots up fast, and I can easily do excel and other numeric tasks easily

I love this computer,but I found a problem with the Zoom platform working on this computer. Each time a get muted and then get unmuted the people on the other side can't hear which is a pain for me.

The computer works fine, I haven't downloaded anything yet. I play games on face book, therefore It's good. I do a lot of online shopping, it's just what I was looking for, it replaced my old Lenovo.

Only thing I'm used to Internet Explorer which I now have loaded. Nothing wrong with Edge just not familiar with it. No problem getting other apps and sights loaded. Definitely would recommend

I do not use this notebook for long time enough. I do not think that I am qualified to evaluate this one. So far so good. However this item was not applied for student benefit which is free delivery.

The computer is awesome. The software is newer and I’m learning about how to use those with the tutorial videos. The anti-virus I purchased is also top notch. I’m very pleased with my purchase!
