My son's old laptop died during the school year. so with the continued COVID-19 lockdowns and stay at home, he needed a new one for the at home NTI schooling for the upcoming year. This was on sale at the local store and was a touchscreen "plug and play" that works for a high schooler. large screen, compact and all programs built-in with touch screen under $1K. Good deal for high school.

After a lot of comparing and reading reviews, I purchased this laptop for my husband for our Anniversary. To say he is happy is an understatement! It does everything he wanted and is super fast (compared to his 10 y/o Dell). He uses the computer for work...research, receipts, emails, an occasional video, etc. So happy this purchase was so perfect for him, and the price was perfect for me!

This is a great entry level laptop that comes with ample storage space, a good processor, and a nice large touchscreen. The laptop is lightweight, quiet, starts up very quickly, loads programs fast, and has a good battery life. The screen resolution, sound quality, and webcam could be better but overall the laptop offers enough to be a great value at this price point.

We purchased this computer for the screen size, touch screen capability, and price. We have a toddler so the touch screen has been great for her! I’m not sure if it’s a computer issue or an internet router location issue but the computer goes offline a lot. Other than that, it’s fast and was easy to get out of S mode. It is a good computer for our basic household needs.

I really like this laptop. It gives me everything I want and more. I love that I can sync it with my phone. I did take it out of S Mode though. I did not like having to get an app just to pay my bills online. Other than that I love it! And the touch screen option is great! We've had Dell and Hp laptops before, and made the choice to go back to Dell.

This is a really good computer for school. You can add extra storage for playing games and the quality is good. The only problem is that the battery will drain quickly so you would have to keep it on the charger constantly. It also gets hot if its on the charger or not. But other than those problems its a really good computer.

This is an excellent laptop for the price - very fast, tons of storage, very slim and great looking. Keyboard, touchpad, and touch screen are very responsive. Video and sound are impressive. Excellent value and performance.

I bought this computer, honestly, because it was a very reasonably priced one. I needed to replace one that had been damaged, and got so much more for the money. I put it into service the day I received it and have been really pleased with the ease of set-up and use.

My son bought this laptop for his job. It's worked out great especially for the price. It runs Windows 10 very fast, the video is good, and the sound quality is outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Nice laptop, easy to use, good speeds. Perfect for my working from the road. And I can't say enough about Best Buy's customer service! The first one was delivered with a broken screen and I called right away and a new one was delivered all within the original date of delivery I was initially given!

i bought this laptop because my old one (Toshiba-purchased in 2011) was literally being held together with tape...i needed a lighter laptop with a larger hard drive and more memory...I also wanted a reliable computer that cost under $500.00. I believe this will be a good investment for my needs.

First of all, I prefer desktops over laptops. I don't care for the chiclet keyboards and touch pads on laptops. This was a necessary purchase for my off-site work. So far this laptop serves me well. I do appreciate the numerical key pad, and multiple ports and input jacks that many smaller laptops do not possess. One thing I notice is, even with battery saver, the battery does not hold a charge but for four to five hours. During an 11-hour day I keep the device plugged in. The camera is adequate, probably not the highest of high definition. This is a laptop. It does the job that needs to be done, and that's good enough for me.

This is a great laptop for the money. It comes with a huge 1 TB "old-school" hard drive for storing all your files plus a super speedy 128 GB solid-state drive which makes startup and launching of files go fast. The 8 GB of memory is on the low-end, but is sufficient and expandable to 16 GB if desired. Don't be scared off by the i3 processor (instead of i5 or i7). I checked a couple of sites that post processor benchmark comparisons and this laptop has one of the fastest chips for the money. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that it gets hot on the bottom, so is sometimes uncomfortable to hold on your lap. I will probably invest in a cooling tray to solve the problem. Other than that, this laptop offers solid performance for a great price.

I had been searching for a new laptop for a While and saw this one and gave it a chance. It’s quick and has a lot of storage. I like the build of it too, very light and thin. I wasn’t sure about the touch screen at 1st but it come in handy often. It’s a nice machine for the price.
