    This product is very self-explanatory to use. It has not given me any problems yet, but I have not done much on it. As of now, I am very satisfied, and it is a wonderful product for a great price, too!

    My only complaint which is not really a complaint is that if your Internet is not great do not purchase this laptop because it is great and powerful but it needs a dedicated Internet connection to access it's full capabilities

    THis laptop, while not the top of the line, was still everything we were looking for in a touch screen laptop. I especially like how the power connector is set up (a source of many repairs in our household!).
