I'm just not happy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a Dell because the last one I had was wonderful and I LOVED it...it was easy to use and I bought it from QVC and everything was already preprogramed so I had to do nothing except unpack it and enjoy...the new one..no one warned me about windows 8...it SUCKS....I HATE IT....I did not buy a protection warranty with it and just a few days after I could have brought it back it started acting up....won't turn on....so took it back and NOW the protection costs me $100.00 more than when I purchased it...what are you going to do...You have to get it...now everyday something else...I didn't know I would have to make a trip to Best Buy once a week when I bought this....DO NOT BUY THIS!

I do not want the face recognition feature.

I asked to have it remove, but, was told it could not be remove. It is a nuisance. Because of this feature, I did not rate my computer as excellent.

Sometimes it gets frustrating when the screen zooms in everything and you cannot easily make it back t normal!

I liked my old Dell laptop much better.
