Don't like tile windows

Problems from Day 1

It freezes, shuts off, zooms crazy, and I think the McAfee that came with it is causing conflicts. All I do is troubleshoot. This is for my high school aged child for school and is only used on google docs and word. Just plain sad, I also it was pre-programmed with shopping apps that cause ads and pop ups that I haven't found a way to stop yet.
