This laptop is good but it puts the cart before the horse. Your primary disk is the smaller 128. That is to make start-up faster but for users needing much space, you need to redesignate where your items save to. Dell support was veeery lousy, unresponsive and annoying. If only to show my grouse for that I wouldn't buy a Dell for a long long time. This Dell makes it more than 10 I have bought over time for business and home use.

This is a good computer overall to use at home. It's light and I even edit pictures and it's not slow. I wish the screen was brighter and better resolution though. Touch screen is nice and precise but it lags a little when editing pictures. The sound is not too bad but not great. I like the keyboard a lot and mouse pad is pretty good too. I also like the fact that it is quiet and it doesn't get too hot.

I bought this computer because I was enrolled in an online degree program. The laptop performs well and does everything I need it to. I love the touch screen and the speed and memory are definitely a bonus. The battery could be better but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I have used this laptop for 2d CAD and for programming plc's for home use and it works flawlessly. The backlit keyboard is a must have feature, and the CD/DVD drive is much more convenient for uploading old pictures on discs or software. Plenty of USB ports for accessories, and I like that it has an Ethernet port built in as well. The touch screen works great and is handy when surfing the web or ordering online. Overall, I'm very pleased with this laptop.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. I thought with it being touch there would be issues but so far no issues at all and it is very responsive no delays when using the touch features. It was such a great investment. The battery does not last as long but with all the other great features it makes up for it. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. If you have any doubts, don’t! You will be completely satisfied with this purchase.

I had to invest in a new laptop because my previous one did not survive 2 years. I was so disappointed and hesitant about a new purchase but this one had all the bells and whistles that I needed. I love the touch screen on this one as it's much easier to operate than my previous laptop. I have not had much time to play around with it but I do know that it works well for my job which involves online teaching in other countries. I'm looking forward to checking out all the features and putting them all to use. No problems to report at this point.

I purchased this laptop for a customer. It performed well enough for what I expected. The system fan is way to loud and runs way too often. I ended up returning it because the Dell service tag was not recognized by dell or their support site. Neither Dell or BestBuy could help with the issue, tho they did offer a warranty card

I’ve been wanting a Dell for a good while now. Found a great deal in this laptop. Sleek, light for it’s size, two hard drives, touchscreen, i7, and great price! Working just as I was hoping.

bought this computer for home use. The computer is very fast and easy to use. I have been using it for 3 weeks without any problems. I do use multiple programs at one time. Never has slowed down with all programs open. Would highly recommend this unit.

love my laptop. quality, price and screen. just what i needed for everyday life.

I purchased this laptop to use in my business for the huge storage space. However, I didn't realize the primary storage space was on a separate drive D rather on the primary drive C. As some point I will have to partition the C drive to add space from the D which is a hassle. I love the lighted keyboard and the light weight of the laptop. I'm looking forward to this laptop meeting my needs.

Super fast machine, great graphics. However, the battery only lasted for about 2.5 hours after a full charge.

Was looking for.a replacement for my 7 year old HP. And this laptop had everything I was looking for. Everything works as it should and am still in the process of finding a stylus that's compatible with it.

Overall: fast, lightweight, good battery life. My only negative is the "integrated" battery that cannot be easily replaced with an external thumb slide like their earlier laptops, but that is the mistaken direction Dell took, and other laptop and cell phone manufacturers have taken as well. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with this laptop.

First laptop I have used. It does everything I need it to do for my job. The speaker is not so hot. I got a bluetooth speaker to use with it. Overall a good purchase for the price.

No problems getting it set up, runs really fast and great screen. Only issue is it runs Windows 10 and I don't like 10, but everything is either Apple or !0 these days. Battery life good, no problems for me.
