This is my 3rd Dell computer system. As a whole I really love Dell computers. This one seems so slow for a brand new laptop computer. Haven't found much in the way of bloatware causing it to slow it down but I am still searching for ways to speed up this great laptop.

Initially, I was very pleased with this online purchase. It did seem a little slow but figured it was my Internet. However, this was not the case. The system is slow and takes forever to load programs. Also, after about three weeks of use, it just stopped working. Fortunately, I was able to return it and get my money back. Before I make another laptop purchase, I will make sure I am not just looking at the price.

This is a good laptop for high school student needing normal use and does not do alot of other stuff other than surfing

Would recommend this product. Bought it for my nephew he has not complained

This laptop is great. The touch screen feature alone was well worth the buy. It's screen is super big. So far so good.

Purchased this for an extra unit to have to take away from my main computer I use in my office. It has nice big screen for a laptop. Good ram size and hard drive

This laptop was for my son and he only plays 2 or 3 types of games. Minecraft and Roblox and Youtubing. It became really slow and the keys kept coming off. Took it in to Geek Squad. The sent it off to be inspected and it came back with a new keyboard. Upon testing it was extremely slow and not responsive. They tested it again and the HDD showed to be failing. Geek Squad replaced it but was the incorrect one. A 5400 spin rate vs a 7200 spin rate and half the Gb/s. 3Gb/s vs 6Gb/s. Was disappointed in that mistake. They replaced the HDD again and then the speakers showed they were not working correctly. By this time were 2 1/2 months out and still no working computer. They sent it out to the specialist who wanted to charge 650 dollars to replace the motherboard. We are now waiting for the manager to replace the system with something similar. I hope they take care of us since we are about to be 3 months without a computer.
