Picked this laptop up in a hurry before the holidays when my other laptop died. It is a solid performer. Would have preferred one with a little more speed and more memory, but this was a solid buy for the price. Only complaint so far is the the Fingerprint reader on the keyboard is very hit or miss.

Very easy to get set up and running. Love having the responsive touch screen. Light weight for easy holding on a lap. Overall good value with excellent features.

I bought this laptop for basic computer stuff as well as editing my pictures with Photoshop and light room. It has ample speed and storage space!

The computer is perfectly sized and the touchscreen is a game changer. The Tablet mode is finicky, to say the least, and really is not as good as it should be. Even with reduced sensitivity is jumps in-and-out of applications when you have not touched or changed anything. Downgraded to four stars because of the Tablet mode.

My son loves this computer for coding. It’s very fast and touch screen is great in addition to the normal laptop features.

Been using this for a few week and really like it. Fast, works well in tablet or PC mode, some touch screen works in pc mode. I have it in docking station and remote to work, I do some programming on it, its a fast horse. Battery says it will last 12 hours I a haven't had opportunity to push it that far but got a good 5 once and it show more than 1/2 left. Con: Silver case and keyboard makes it hard to see backlit keys from certain angles. I use external keyboard mostly.

You may say every laptop is easy to use, but this one is just SO friendly! It is fast and easy to set up as well. The only thing that I can "complain" (and not really) is that the colors of the screen are a little on the warm side and I would have loved to have more *useful* screen than black frames, and that the power button is not on the right or left corner of the keyboard...but those are all esthetic things, functionally speaking is awesome!!

This was a great laptop/tablet. It did not come with a stylus however, and after purchasing two pens i could not get one to work properly. Even after both Wacom and Dell support, driver updates, etc. So i had to return this model and ended up with the 13.3 inch 4k model that came with a rechargeable stylus that was pretty close to being accurate and ultimately a better machine. The 15.6 inch model was too big, got hot, was bulky and heavy on the lap as a tablet and for drawing purposes. There wasn't an issue doing simple graphic design either. However, the 4k, 13.3 inch was the better choice as an artist and designer.

We got this for our daughter at college when her Mac died suddenly. The associate was knowledgeable and able to steer us in the right direction for her program requirements. She loves it so far, even more than the Mac which is surprising since she’s team Apple usually. We didn’t realize it was a 2 in 1 and she is utilizing a Bluetooth stylus pen as well. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a new laptop.

I purchased this laptop as an open box item (satisfactory condition). I was skeptical about the true condition. It came with just the charger and no documentation (you don't need any for the laptop to work). The laptop is in a pretty good condition. I could hardly see any scratches. Performance is top notch. The screen is bright and clear. The volume could be a tad higher. Starts in a few seconds. I like the backlit keyboard and the feedback of the keys. I will have to use it for a few more months to see if the performance stays the same. Great product for the price paid

Decent laptops are hard to find with all that's going on. I grabbed an open box model that didn't have a charger and saved some money. When I got home and set it up, I was stoked. Almost instant boot when powered on. Super fast computer, discrete graphics, 2 in 1 touch screen model. Good security features and Dell support firmware are simple and easy. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this machine for my wife who is already proficient at audio production but was wanting to start doing video work as well, and her ancient Dell wasn't fitting the bill. This one crushes 4k video files in DaVinci Resolve with no problem at all. The touchscreen is a nice touch (honestly, no pun intended) though she doesn't use that much as it's hard to beat the precision of mouse/keyboard.

Overall it was easy to setup. Some things you notice at home that is different from the store: the lighting in my den makes the letters/numbers on the keyboard hard to see; while working on it the first few days it would lock up multiple times and reboot (fortunately it reboots quick; and finally the fingerprint reader is extremely erratic when trying to read it. TOO MANY times I had to put in my pin because of the inconsistent reading . It is nice beyond these "quirks". I am recommending this in hopes that these quirks work themselves out. If you are patient then get it, if you get frustrated at technology that does what it wants to at inopportune times, then get another laptop.

I bought it for my husband and he loves it he says its the best laptop. Its fast has and a awesome picture and great storage and he bought a pin for it you can use on the screen. He also says you can use it like a tablet. And the upload and down load is fast. And the sound is awesome to be a laptop.

I purchased this dell and the first day I noticed a flickering on the top pixel row. Very small but noticeable. I thought it was a driver issue or something so I called dell support but they couldn't fix issue. The next day I returned the laptop and got another one (same model). No issue now and it is working perfectly. Can't beat this price for what you're getting.

Everything works very well, but there is a problem with the microphone ... I teach on Zoom and I have had to refresh the microphone many times, while speaking to my students.

This computer is great. It's really fast and the display is great. The hard drive went out and needed replacing in under a years which is why i knocked off a star. Still love it and would highly recommend.
