This was a good purchase and has everything my son needed to start his freshman year at college! The only downside (which we forgot to ask about/research prior to purchasing) is the short battery life (5 hours) compared to very similar laptops that have a 10 hour battery life. Working from home great, carrying around campus all day long with the charger, not so great!

Designed very nice, super fast, good price and a lot of fun.

I like it Easy to use, easy to work on it, Light, smart. I would recommend to my friends to use this laptop on their everyday work and life. Unfortunately, there was no other color that could suggest to us.

This is a great computer and should age very well. Computer/laptop technology changes and updates very quickly and pending on what you buy, your laptop could become outdated in a year or so. I understand everyone is not in the market for a $1000 computer but if you are this is a great option.

I love the computer, especially the speed. I do not like the keyboard. The keys are very hard to see. I prefer a black keyboard.

I am happy with my service so far. I had one issue with downloading a product and the geek squad was able to help. I was surprised they weren’t aware of carbonite backup.

I purchased this laptop for the purpose of using it for multitasking while hosting Zoom meetings. The computer worked fine until I began hosting my Zoom meetings. As I attempted to speak, the attendees signaled that they couldn’t hear me. I checked multiple settings in both the Zoom app and in the laptop settings. Nothing worked, but I found on the Dell site that there was an issue with that Dell model, Windows 10, and the microphone. I exchanged for the exact same model just to check and had the same problem. I have since switched to another brand and everything has been fine.

This system is great. I have already purchased one of these laptops with the same specs. This system is efficient and runs how I had expected. Great for everything from personal things I use it for to business needs and covers it all. The touch screen is wonders!

Great computer, it works really fast. It came in the mail quickly. The only problem is that the keyboard is kind of hard to see as the color is similar to the backlight on the keyboard. I got a keyboard cover to fix it so it's bot a big deal.

I love my new computer!!! Lightweight , updated very much over my “older”Dell. The only slight complaint that I would have would be the key board . The letters are some what difficult to see at night .? Wish they stood out more . Over all I love it !!!!

I didn't want to buy it, but I had to, YESSS! I accidentally ran over my old laptop with my car, don't ask. Best thing that happened. This laptop is faster, easier to use, and has great features. I recommend it to anyone in the market for a new laptop.

Purchased this Dell to replace an older Inspiron 15 that was a workhorse - this new one has all the power and features of the previous one + additional features. Can handle all of the documents, downloads, photos and videos I want to access and save.

this laptop(DELL) is much different, faster and brighter than my previous lap top. Now it has been three days, so getting use to all the features is once again a learning process but a WOW factor of true enjoyment.

Several people helped me with the purchase of a new laptop after having a Toshiba for 11 years. They were all patient with the entire process. I would recommend Best Buy and their support for anyone!

Great speed, design and dig the fingerprint scanner for bio metrics. The SSD HD and Optane memory make it very fast. Boot time is quick and so is shut down. Love the display and 360 functionality

So far meeting my expectations and I’m happy with the performance.

We have had the laptop for less than three weeks. It has encountered crash errors twice and had to shut down. The only reason we bought it was so my wife could teach kindergarten classes online because Covid...and it keeps muting and switching her microphone by itself in zoom. We already have been on the phone will Dell for more than three hours trying to fix it... Now best buy website says we are past the return date. Avoid this at all costs...I have been on hold with best buy now for 30 minutes. We will see what happens.

I used it for a month period and I am satisfied with this computer. it is fast and 2 in 1 feature is perfectly working. But I have one issue with screen flickering. It last for some time and disappeared. I run the hardware test but it shows no error. Also checked for drivers update but it showing up to date. Will check with the Dell customer service if it the error last long else everything is perfect and up to the mark.

So far I really enjoy this laptop it has been really helpful for school since its touchscreen.

The Dell - Inspiron 15 performs just as promised. The screen display is excellent for a laptop and the processor responses very well to all functions that I have performed.
