Issues with microphone

Using it with Zoom became impossible as it continually failed to recognize the microphone for audio. I tried several video conference programs with similar success. I eventually returned this laptop.

Great laptop for school use

My friend who was an IT engineer recommended I get a Dell and I came upon this model in my search. The specs were pretty good and the 2-in-1 feature was quite useful since my son does a lot of digital artwork. 10th gen i7 processor and 16GB Ram was definitely great too. I think this laptop actually exceeds his needs but it's always good to have a high performance laptop around.
